I am 5'2" and 108 lbs and short-waisted. First I tried wearing it under a tshirt. The waist belt could not be adjusted very tight that way and the shoulder straps poked my skin. I definitely recommend wearing it over a long sleeved tshirt. Probably what was intended. Still the velcro match sections on the waist should cover a larger area so that you could tighten it further. If you are smaller than me, I don't think even a small would be small enough.To make sure I could grab a hold of the 'reinforcing elastic straps' in step three of the instructions, I had to cover the velcro ends with a white wash cloth so that I could 1. see them and 2. so they wouldn't velcro themselves to some other surface while I was trying to grab them.On the facebook page they show someone adjusting the product while wearing a black tshirt. Very difficult to see. Some color variation to the velcro tabs or something might help to figure out what goes where. The slide-able shoulder pads on my small frame just bunched up awkwardly.This might sound like a negative review - but it isn't. I'm sitting straighter while I'm typing this and I think it might do me some good. Hopefully I'll get better putting it on in the weeks ahead.
