It's fast selling so expect approximately 14 to 18 months of shelf life **Q: Is this 100% arabica?** A: This blend is almost all Arabica, there is still a light percentage of Robusta to increase creaminess **Q: Do these work with delonghi ecp3 series** A: The Delonghi ECP3420 definitely has a special portafilter for E.S.E pods. You can see these pods in one of the photos they provide. Amazon has it online. I don't know for sure about other ECP machines but the 3420 definitely would let you use the Caffe Mercanti pods. I hope this helps. **Q: How do these do producing a foam or crema on the coffee?** A: It produces a beautiful, smooth foam. I love these pods. I thought I might be trading taste and aroma for convenience but not so.
