And how many come with the order? The picture shows 3.** A: My order included 3 organizers. On the bottom of each one there is a row of little spikes molded into the plastic on both the long edges, which do a good job of holding them in place on the carpet of my trunk. Each one also has a small Velcro strip about 1" square on each of the four corners of the bottom. So, with the Velcro and the spikes working together, I find that they hold my cargo quite securely. **Q: How much weight do the containment system support? My work supplies are in 3 long boxes that can be moved to the edge of the trunk.** A: The organizers grab onto the carpeting in a trunk. They have little plastic claws on the uderside. They do not budge. If you don't have carpeting, then there may be a problem. They have supported 40 pound boxes of kitty litter, flower pots, grocery bags, etc. I like mine real well and they stack one on top of another in a corner of your trunk or cargo area. **Q: Will this work with a Weathertech floor mat?** A: Not sure what a Weathertech mat is, but it sounds like it might have a hard or smooth surface. These organizers are designed for softer and more carpet-like surfaces, where the spikes and Velcro on the bottoms can dig in and grip the floor. As another reviewer stated, these are bigger than expected. They would probably work just as well if they were half-sized and instead of 3 large ones the seller could provide 4 smaller ones. I bought a rubber cargo mat for the back of my SUV so I knew I could not use the hook-and-loop (Velcro) based cargo management accessories. This set has spikes in the base, not hook-and-loop so I was optimistic that they would still grab the rubber mat...and they do! The wide base is a smart design because the weight of the item being secured helps to lock the organizers in place.
