It definitely has a deodorizing effect. But my body is reacting a bit different than what I was expecting. The #1 thing that happens is for 3 nights in a row I have been woken by painful trapped gas. Also I am never ever constipated, and I have been having a bit of trouble in that department lately. So far I have only taken one capsule a day at lunch time for a week. Normally I am very gassy, and my intestines constantly gurgling. Devrom seems to reduce the amount of gas and reduce the odor about 80%. I have not changed my diet, but if I continue with Devrom, I might have to. Review: This works - This product exceeds my expectations. It took only about 2 days to see an improvement. I started with 1200 MG (6 capsules) per day then reduced to 800 MG (4 capsules) per day. Dropping to 400 MG (2 capsules) per day was not effective for me. I went back to 800 MG, 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening. I've never noticed constipation with Devrom. Also, Devrom can be purchased in chew tablet form; so it can get in your system and be effective in about 15-20 minutes. So if you're in public and need to kill odor on short notice the Devrom chew tablet is the way to go. Nullo is a tablet that you swallow so it takes a little longer to get in your system and digest before it's effective, but its deodorant effect seems to last significantly longer than the Devrom chew tablet. You should try both! I try to keep both on hand **Q: What is the fill list of ingredients?** A: Active ingredient: Bismuth subgallate Inactive: myocrystalline cellulose, maltodextrine, croscarmellose, silica, magnesium stearate.
