Good price but I woul not buy again. **Q: What is the distance from pegboard to end of j-hook?** A: 1/2 inch **Q: Has anyone used these with a ‘Wall Control’ brand metal pegboard?** A: I purchased these for use on metal gondola retail shelving some of which is up against walls. They worked fine. You’ll just need about 1” inch of space behind your shelving so that the hooks can actually be put in properly. **Q: Are these considered "locking"? I am looking for hooks that stay but are easy to move on a wall-mounted board (where I don't have access to the back).** A: The hooks as pictured that I purchased are quite loose after being attached to the pegboard. That, i feel, is the only downside.
