Review: Exactly what I was looking for - Off the bat the incense holder is beautiful, just like in the pictures. The first two pictures I took I had to adjust the exposure on my camera to capture the true color. You’ll see in other pictures and videos that the light affects the color of the holder, making it look much lighter/brighter than it really is. Every piece was included and the craftsmanship looks quality. Definitely a great value to price ratio. There are some reviews that mention parts were missing. It seemed that some customers expected more than one kind of incense, but if you look closely at the pictures you’ll see that only one incense is supposed to be included. I received the frankincense cones, which smell great and lasted a good amount of time. You should always make sure the vessel you’re using to burn incense is either lined with something fireproof or that it’s fireproof itself so that it doesn’t break and there’s no accidents. I used sand in this one because it’s a solid go-to. The fireproof cloth is included but I decided to put the holder on top of the cloth as a layer between my table and the holder for added safety. The lid is metal, which will get hot so I recommend using some tongs to remove and place the lid. I initially got this to burn loose leaf incense using a charcoal disc. This thing got HOT so absolutely use something like sand if you plan on doing the same as me or it will definitely break. The stick incense holder is adorable and small, it holds a stick so it’s pretty straight forward. Make sure it’s on a stable, flat, and solid surface though or it’ll fall over from the weight of the stick. The way the smoke comes out through the lid is mesmerizing I could watch it for hours. What you see is what you get (hopefully) so pay attention to the details in pictures and look for product dimensions before deciding to purchase or you might be disappointed. I’m very happy with mine 10/10 recommend!

**Q: Why does the description say charcoal resin burner, but the product features say not to use charcoal?**
A: You could half fill the bowl with glass fire beads or a crumple of aluminum foil or take a couple square inch of 1/4 inch wire mesh or even chicken wire and bend the edges down to make a wire table to hold charcoal up off the bottom of the ceramic dish, to reduce chance of ceramic cracking from the heat of the charcoal. Or just pour some sand in there, or even salt. Put the charcoal on top.

**Q: what side up for the pad? and is that for cones or what? also i only got 1 part of brass thing in one order and two in another. what the heck are they**
A: I received one brass holder for coil incense., and I believe the pad is dark side up ... but not positive

**Q: What is the scent of the enclosed incense coil? I love it and would like to purchase more**
A: The coil included with ours is sandalwood and its some of the first incense either of us can actually say we fully enjoy.  Im looking for more right now.  After years of *trying* to like incense, I finally tossed it all out because even the stuff i found in India was too perfumey or strong.  But these tiny sandalwood coils are not.  rather, they're mild and pleasant.  Not sure which ones are the ones that were included, but Im going to start trying some.  We bought this to burn dry herbs on a charcoal puck.  And that is working great.  It has a round thin piece that goes inside underneath the charcoal briquette that has foil on one side and some black fine mesh on the other.  reduces heat penetration through the bottom and is easy to shake the ash out.   Wife loves the look.

**Q: Could this be used for Bakhoor incense?**
A: I have never figured out how to use Bakhoor so I do not know but I have seen photos of this in a Bakhoor video on youtube.
