I've tried other portable lumbar support pillows and memory foam options. This is the best option on the market in my opinion. Like many of you I found this company through Dr. Stuart McGill / Back Mechanic after realizing I needed to have my lumbar region supported at all times to allow my back to heal. I actually own a fancy $1,000 ergonomic desk chair and now place this $30 support over the backrest to provide the support and comfort I need. Don't make the mistake that I did, just buy a crappy office chair and use this support if you are dealing with back pain/ disc issues. This product is unique in that you can place this support anywhere on your spine and adjust it over the course of the day so that your back doesn't get as sore. Nothing else on the market has this level of adjustability and comfort. I knocked off one star because the little cap on the air pump fell off after one week of use so I've had to rig a temporary solution that still allows the product to function as intended. Although this product is Made in Canada rather than China, the quality is still not there.
