If you are thinking about it just do it. I am a hunter, outdoorsman and a bit old school. I am 6’ and 210 lbs pretty much an athletic build - the large is perfect for me. Not a complete tailor fit but just right with a nice flannel or chamois shirt underneath. If you have zero belly than there maybe a bit of room around the waist. I bought the first one, wore it a couple days and order 2 more. I work in an office and they are a nice upgrade to business casual. Warm for my time in Wisconsin outdoors. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for year-round wear *by T***K on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2012* I bought the Stormy Kromer vest after owning one of the firm's original ear-flap caps (colors match). Although the SK vest is unlined (unlike the more expensive Filson version), I don't care, since I'm always wearing a shirt underneath. Have worn vest in 50-degree temps and under a wool coat in below-freezing conditions. This would be a versatile piece of clothing in fall, winter and spring as temperatures vary. Side pockets are good and deep for tucking your hands inside. I very much like the dual right-side breast pockets; I can wear my pocket watch in the smaller pocket and ran the chain & t-bar through a buttonhole. Got compliments when I wore the vest and watch to a Toastmasters meeting! That said, this is probably too warm and a bit too bulky to be an indoor clothing article; save for when you need an extra bit of warmth outdoors.
