Review: I purchased the 32 ounce concentrate back in October 2023 after reading many reviews. I live in NC where we have tons of crane flies that lay their larvae in our grass. I also purchased a 2 gallon ELECTRIC spray tank (got tired of needing to pressurize my other one every 5 minutes--well worth the price and time saving). I wanted something that wouldn't injure bees or birds. After reading through the very confusing directions on what concentration to use in certain areas, I just decided to use the 1ml/gallon. I sprayed every inch of my Bermuda grass, the entire perimeter of our home, the faux stone on our home, around each entry door of our home, our rosebushes, perennials (azaleas, hibiscus, gardenias, daylillies, etc). It has now been 6 weeks since I spent 2 solid days doing only the outside of our home. We have zero grass bugs, flies, spiders, ticks, aphids or crane flies! Hooray! I can now lay down on our lawn and play with my dog without having bugs crawl all over me. Bees, hummingbirds and other birds are all doing well. ***I made sure to spray only the bug sensitive perennials BEFORE any blooms appeared as well as the mulch around the plant to kill the beetle larvae from emerging. I have not done any internal house spraying, but I haven't seen any bugs or spiders inside at all. Very happy with result so far. I'm not sure how long the results will last, (has already lasted 6 weeks and they said "the results will vary," but a 32 ounce concentrate did 5,000 sq feet of lawn, external house, stone, etc. and I have about 8 ounces left. All my neighbors are now looking at this product too! Less bugs for us equal less frogs and snakes attracted to our yard so that our kids can play worry-free. A lot of 2-cycle oil bottles work the same way. **Q: Does it kill grubs** A: I'm sure it would, but I wouldn't use it over a wide area, especially if you get your water from a well. It's highly effective against every bug I've ever used it on, but I try to keep its footprint narrow to minimize hazards to pets, people, etc., and that means not using it over wide areas. **Q: Is it good for lawn grubs control?** A: This works great for insects above the ground, but this is not the optimal pesticide for grub control. Don't be me wrong, I found out about Bifin IT in 2017 and I've used it every year since, but there are better products for underground grubs. I cannot recall the exact name of the active ingredient, but there is also a human and pet safe product that lasts longer in the soil called "Milky Spores" which is a type of bacteria that isn't harmful to humans, but it will kill grubs. It's not really cheap, but you put it down 2-3 times a year for 1-2 years and that bacteria persists in the soil for something like 10 years. As the grubs move if they ingest even a single spore it will infect the grub and kill it, and by the time the bacteria is done that one spore will become billions after consuming the grub. if you plan on living there a long time, that's a good option, if not, there is another pesticide that will work cheaper for a short term solution. You may want to send R&M an e-mail and see if they can tell you which pesticide will work for grubs. I use a Scott's product, but I do not like Scott's as a company and avoid them when I can. I'll be more prepared next year and avoid Scott's. R&M (this company) like to help people. In my opinion, Scott's just wants you to send them your money more than them actually trying to help you. I try to use R&M products when I can because (so far) they have never failed me. I'm here now because the last bottle of Bifin I bought (92 ounces) appears to be bad, but the first bottle I bought in 2017 worked so well that when I was done, I considered putting the Bifen IT up on a pedestal until I needed to reapply. It's that good for bugs in the lawn. I lived near land that was almost swampy and it killed the mosquitoes and other biting bugs. It killed about 75% in the first 24 hours, and about 99% of the bugs in <72 hours. I'm looking for R&M in a larger size...I have a larger property. **Q: Is this the same as bifen IT?** A: Yes.
