I was very happy with the seller. Their communication was excellent and so is their customer service. Clothes fit people different, depending on frame size. A bigger frame person may have liked it just fine. The quality is very good. I ordered this jacket based partly on reviews which were mixed. It is a medium or so it says. When I tried it on, it was too big in the chest and as one reviewer said, the arms were too big. I am 5' 8'', approximately 170 lbs, medium build. I should have gone to a military surplus store and tried on the real thing for comparison, but I live about 35 miles from the closest one.
