The new one I bought has one for sep 2017. I suspect each bottle will have a different one depending on the batch it was in. **Q: Can this be used in dressing for macaroni salads?** A: By itself, I would definitely not. Maybe you could find some sort of recipe to mix it with some other things, but honestly, I probably still wouldn't. It's too thick and sweet.
