It only took a couple of minutes to plug it in, tune it to the empty frequency I found on my FM radio and get it paired with my iPhone. I called my wife to test it and she said “you installed it already”? She said I was clear and sounded good. She sounded good as well. She called me back and I answered by pushing the center knob on the F18. Then I inserted a thumb drive with my favorite driving songs and it sounds excellent. Better than the cd I used previously.Make sure you turn the volume knob on the unit all the way up and control the audio volume with the car volume control for best results. Another pleasant surprise was the e-mail I received from Fortune customer service even before my unit arrived. It contained a thank you for my business, their commitment to my satisfaction and to help if I had any problems along with some helpful tips for installing and operating it. How often does that happen? The only hitch was finding an open frequency on the crowded FM dial in the Houston area but I found one. The package does include a cable to plug the unit into the aux input instead of using the FM if desired. Also everything that I play on the phone will now play thru the car stereo including the phone GPS.Good job, Fortune. I would highly recommend the F18 to a friend or family member. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally a car FM transmitter with every feature you would want *by W***. on Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2017* The Fortune Car Bluetooth FM transmitter finally is a car FM transmitter with a good static free aux output that can plug into a car’s 3.5mm aux input port. I have been looking for this so that I can use the FM transmitter as a car MP3 player for SD cards and Flash drives with my music collection. This unit not only has a hard wired aux output, it has very clear and stable FM transmitter and Bluetooth connectivity. It also has 2 USB ports that can be used to plug in flash drives or to charge other devices. One of the two is a 2.1 Amp fast charge port, which is great for quick charging devices during short trips in the car. It is also one of the few FM transmitters that I have tried that actually displays the title of the MP3 song while it is playing. It has a much larger display than most FM transmitters, making it very easy to see. I also tried it out as a hands free phone adapter for the car and it worked great. The sound quality was perfect and the other person on the call said the microphone picked me up well. The Bluetooth also worked great to play Pandora streaming music from my cell phone. This 10-in-1 Car FM Transmitter has every feature that you would want in a car FM Transmitter so I have finally stop searching for the right transmitter. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great Product, Except... *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2019* I have purchased a couple of these gadgets. The first one I purchased, (Fortune T10 8-in-1) was great. Features and sound quality were great, and the FM Transmitter quality was equal to the AUX output. When I accidentally broke the USB port on the T10, I moved over to this one based on my experience of the T10. This model offered a second USB port, that does charge small items, which I needed. This model had all the good qualities of the T10, except for two things:1) The navigation buttons were too small and I often pushed the wrong one. I could live with that.2) It dropped the pairing with my iPhone XR all the time and at random intervals (usually when I was jamming out on one of my favorite songs). I got another one thinking it was a unit defect, but the second unit did the same thing. I cannot recall if this was an issue when I had it paired to my old iPhone 7 (I do not think it was, or I would have remembered it), so it could be some kind of BT version issue.
