Works great, part broke, quick replacement!
The Good: Looks great, the double valve design adds an extra level of confidence that it won't leak, it has a nice reach for the pots on the front burners of the stove, very affordable for a "fancy" feeling kitchen, easy to install.The Improvement: It took me a little bit to understand where to mount the fitting in the wall - the installation instructions didn't give a dimension. But after a little trial and error, I figured it out. That's probably my only suggestion for improvement.After One Year: After about 8 months of use, the lower handle valve started to leak. Not sure when it broke but it did. It took me a while, but I wrote to the company 13 months after the purchase explaining the issue and asking what the valve part number was so I could order a replacement. Their first response not only gave me the part number but also asked where they could ship the replacement part to me free of charge. The part came in, and now it works great again.Take Away: I'm not an expert on build quality but I know everything will fail eventually. The company was quick to respond and make things right. That's all I want from a company.

Its heavy, well built, works great and after comparing with ridiculous $400 and up prices it's a no Brainer !The Pot filler is built very good, come with easy to understand directions. Very happy with pot of\iller.

This is a beautiful addition to my completely remodeled home. It is extremely sturdy, well made, had a plumber install. No problems were encountered. Looks and works great! Adds value to the home, plus major convenience. Wonderful!!

So pretty! Perfect splash-less stream.
The media could not be loaded. We love this pot filler! I’m so glad we invested in it. It makes filling pan, and even our 2.5 gallon dog water jar a breeze. It’s also one of the first things people comment on in our kitchen. It’s well made with double shut off values too for added security from leaks or drips.

This looks fabulous in my new kitchen and works great!! HOWEVER, our kitchen renovation was put off and we just installed it and it’s cracked where it threads into the wall and it leaks. Disappointed that I’m outside my exchange window, we purchased it last May.
