We have now purchased the entire series and use them frequently. We found most recipes close enough to consider minor differences may well be the cook's error (mine). I would highly recommend this book.

Easy to read and follow.

this is a good book, I love this kind of recipes mainly for inspiations. Most of the time i can figure out how to make something. However Sometimes Im just not quite sure what all goes into it so this book is great for both Insperations and directions.

This series is not (in my opinion) as good as the Todd Wilbur Top Secret series. If you already have the TSR series these make good books, if not I would by the TSR books first.

Recipes taste almost exact. Love the pictures that go with each recipe.

We own three books in this series and there are enough good recipies in each volume that they have become go-to cookbooks for us. Duplicates the intended recipes closely for the ones we have tried.

Very nice cook book that can be used in an everyday household. So many cook books you have to go and find ingredients at the store to complete the recipe. This cook book isn't that way most everything can be found in your kitchen. I enjoy seeing how close Ron Douglas can capture the true taste of the different recipes in the book. I haven't been to all the restaurants though. Thanks

I was supposed to buy the first book, this is part 2. However, I am very pleased with this book and it may be better than the first book, I will buy the first book once I’m done with this one but it’s going to be along time until I do that. Because this book has a gazillion recipes. Very informative book, just be prepared to buy a lot of ingredients, ha ha.
