Good case for the price! I did eventually break the back due to it being tempered glass. However, it took almost a year. Have dropped my phone a few times and all good!

Hello, I am highly upset with this product. The first item I received was defective. I received a new case and the case cracked as I set it on a dinner table. Not only did the case crack, the case caused my phone to shatter. This case was not protective to my iPhone XS Max. Other than leaving a review, I have not been able to get in contact with the seller. My phone may now cost more to repair than the purchase of the case.Please have a member contact me ASAP.Thank you!

Looks pretty awesome but the back started cracking on day 2 and is VERY EASY to get fingerprints all over it. I’ve had it about a week without dropping it or slamming it down or anything like that. But all four corners on the back have cracks and scuffs and a big crack along the top part of the back.

Upon arrival and online the case is really nice. Prior to purchase I did read the poor reviews. Slipped my mind how many had advised of the back glass of THE CASE cracking. Needless to say it's true. I've not dropped my phone in this case. However, the back glass is cracked badly. So I've wasted money although I did read beforehand this would happen. Still not happy because it's such a nice case.

While I was initially excited about my shiny new case, it lasted a solid three hours before the back mirror cracked and chipped. It might have been human error but I don’t recall doing anything out of the ordinary like jumping out of a plane or go sledding. Ended up in the bin.

This case is horrible! I ordered 2 cases in a month and they both cracked horribly! Never again
