Great customer service (and hitch!)
I arrived this with a broken box and some missing olds. I contacted the customer service number for the seller directly, and they gave me a partial refund that covered new bolts at my dealership. The hitch it very heavy and sturdy.. and fit perfectly. I cannot say enough about how easy the seller was addressing my concerns and correcting the issue. Very happy with my purchase!

The molding was bad
One of the holes was molded incorrectly. Bolt won't fit.
