Increase the PUMP !!!
Wow, this gives great pumps. I used this while I cycled off white flood, and I must say, this is better. Wish it had more servings like white flood. Great product. Best part is that this is STIM FREE, unlike 99.9% of other pre-workout products. Does give some people stomach aches, but have not had any issues. So, start small and see if you have any stomach trouble, before you increase to full dosage.

Hangover without drinking
White blood 2 physically made myself and my girlfriend ill. Keep in mind, she and I are both well versed in diet supplements and pre-workouts. We were looking for some stim free stuff and this looked promising. We both followed the directions exactly and ended up vomiting. We were dizzy, nauseous, and basically felt like we had insane hangovers. Needless to say, I do not recommend it. It could have been a bad batch or something but the storefront, Healthzone, was great to work with and very accommodating.

WEEK 2 ....LOVE IT
Not Sure What All These People Are Crying About. I This Product DidNot Bother My Stomach At All (Taken 45Minutes Prior To Workout, With Protein). Gave Me A Great Pump. I Will Buy This Product Again. Side Note, I Didn't Enjoy Opening The Bottle Because It Smells Like Really Strong Garlic Or Something Similar. So Stop Crying People! KNOW PAIN......KNOW GAIN!
