Polite and easy to work with tech support
I love this charger. It looks cool and works well. At one point it stopped working as expected. I don’t know why, but on a guess, I emailed Mustart support and told them. I answered their questions as they helped me troubleshoot. I sent some pics…. And they replaced it no charge! Covered under warranty, with only days left in the 2 year warranty. They were polite, helpful, and I still like this charger a lot. The LED read out is very cool. Mustart has been a great company from my interactions.

Great for my 2024 Mazda CX90 PHEV
About a month ago I got a 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV and been charging with the Level 1 charger it came with (120v), as you know Level 1 is slow (or why would you be here?). For the CX90, that's roughy 12 hours of charging to get a full charge. Which right now is about 30 miles for me. I often drive my daughter to work and when I return I have 2~5 miles left. Then when I go to get her, I never have a full charge. So I am always running out of battery on the return trip home - Boo!Since I use a gas dryer, my home's NEMA 14-30 is open for usage. I went to Lowes and bought 20ft of 10/4 300v line cord (actually it was the 600v model because they were out and the Lowe's helper gave me the 300v price - score!). Then I bought a wall mountable NEMA 14-30 receptacle and NEMA 14-30 plug for the other end to connect to the dryer's outlet. I drilled a small hole between the utility room/garage for the 10/4 line extender - a little cheesey but eh I don't care its my house ;-)Note: A electrician should always be used or at least be referred to for any electrical work. After getting everything all mounted, wired, drilled, ran: I connected up the charger and it worked like a charm! (I suppose the only other option would be smoke & fire. If that happens to you, I did mention a electrician should be referred to.) The Mazda CX-90 is showing 2 hours 10 minutes to charge a nearly empty battery on my 1st connection!!I also love all the bits that come with the charger! The little bag when you want to take it with you on the road and all the various mounting hardware. It is really nice to have all those extras at this price point.Edit: 0% Battery charging time, 2hrs 30m - nice!

Great Customer Service
I purchased the Mustart Level 2 EV Charger (240 Volt, 25ft Cable, 25 Amp, NEMA 10-30 Plug) in May 2024. The charger worked great until the control unit got drenched in the recent rainstorms (don't put that part outside in the rain!). I was pleasantly surprised that Mustart Customer Service replied quickly and within one day sent a replacement unit. In today’s world it’s often rare to find excellent customer service but Mustart exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the product and especially Mustart Customer Service.

A must have fo an EV owner.
If you have any EV you must get a home charger. This one works with my existing 240 fo the dryer. I put a splitter on and it works great.

Failed after 2 years
Charger worked great, until 2 months after the product support ended. I researched ways to get in contact with mustart, with no success. One day out of nowhere, the charger decided to stop charging. I’m receiving the “fast flashing green” indication which means there is a CP error. I’ve researched how to fix this “control pilot” signal error with no luck. I hate leaving a bad review, but failing only after 2 years and no product support I feel obligated to inform anyone interested in this charger.

Great purchase broke after roughly 3 years
It worked great, however began to wear down and ultimately doesn’t work anymore.EDIT: Customer service reached out. Before I can reply, the charger is working again. My guess is the head of the charger has something loose or something. However it’s working again 😀
