Good warm-ish neutral light, wide cast, no flicker, quite bright
These cast a nice neutral white — warm, but certainly not as warm as an incandescent. Definitely not a "cool" or "daylight" LED. They also have a nice broad cast of light. It's not like can lights where it's a spot light straight down. They are also very bright. We have them on an LED dimmer, and they're probably twice as bright at the lowest setting as the incandescents we replaced. But then, the incandescents were 50w and too dim for us anyway. No flicker whatsoever at any setting. At the highest setting, they are also much brighter than the incandescents.

Issues with dimming
Only giving them 3 stars because they lack in the dimming department, at least with my existing dimmer - they are still very bright when dimmed at the minimum, and more importantly they flicker when dimmed. Now I need to buy another dimmer to see if it fixes at least the flickering part. Also for a 2700K bulb they seem pretty white (was expecting warmer).Updated to 4 stars - dimming works ok with a new dimmer. I can hear a faint buzz, but I can live with it.If I knew I'd need to spend an additional $25 for a new dimmer, I might have not purchased the bulbs. I think the part about "works with most dimmers" in the description might be a little misleading - my existing dimmer was relatively new (2-3 years?) and a common brand.

Substantial flicker makes them unusable
This may be good for other households but not mine. They flicker very noticeably, about once every two seconds, enough to make them unusable. I have six of these bulbs, on two different circuits, and all six flicker simultaneously - so it can't be a single defective bulb, nor is the fault with my dimmer switches (since there are two separate ones). They flicker with the bulbs dimmed or full brightness equally. The only thing I can guess is that these bulbs are particularly sensitive to fluctuations in the power, since they are all flickering together, even on totally separate circuits. I live in a rural area, so it is possible that my home power is unsteady. But I do have LED bulbs from other manufacturers that have worked fine in my house. So, I would beware if you are in a rural area - maybe just buy one bulb first to test if it works in your home.

Cool .... with more light, less heat, and less wattage.
Installed 2 of these in my cooktop hood to replace the original 50 watt floods. Not only are the Bioluz LEDs brighter but they are a world of difference in heat. The original were hot enough to damage the receptacle .... the new are ..well, just cool. Also they work in the "reduced" mode that the switch selects. Of course consuming only 7 watts versus 50 watts is a big plus too.

Great Incandescent Replacement
Great replacements for my incandescent 45W flood lights. I use these as eave lights outside and indoor rooms. I've only used about 6-7 of these with no issues so far. I'm in the process of phasing out all of my incandescent bulbs. These are a little brighter as they are rated as a 50W equivalent instead of 45W. Color temp looks correct at 2700K. Burn much cooler than your standard incandescent light. Will purchase more as these are reasonably priced.

Don't hesitate to try this product
The bulbs look good, the light they produce for the wattage used is great, the quality of that light is really nicely incandescent like, they make no noise, they are instant on, and the price was well under other R20 LED bulbs. I hope this company prospers and expand their line.

Couldn't be happier.
High quality bulbs at a great price. My local Home Depot (in BC, Canada) sells these for $25.00 each. Yeah, that's what I said. So, I bought these for $12.99 and they are really good. They dim much lower (and higher) than the incandescent bulbs I replaced with these. And the energy savings is awesome- not only from the lower wattage (only 14% of the energy that the incandescents used) but from NO HEAT generated by the bulbs - so in summertime I don't have to fight the heat from the bulbs by turning my air conditioner on! Win, Win, Win!!! Thanks Bioluz!!!

Good performance and value - Lutron Diva dimmer compatible
Converting 25 dimming track light fixtures to LED so cost and dimming functionality are important to me. Just installed a trial set of 4 of these bulbs on a track with a Lutron Diva dimmer and they seem to work fine. I like the color temperature and they do not generate noise. I will order more to complete my project.
