Wooden 18mm MDF WorkBench With Double Shelf - 3FT to 6FT - Work Table Hand Made Strong Heavy Duty - Made From Construction Grade Timber (3ft)

Between ordering and recieving my bench was 1 week - a week earlier than expected so big thumbs up for delivery.The CLS timber used for the legs and bracing were of good quality but the jury is out on how long the MDF for the top surface will last and I may in the future replace it with 18mm Hardwood - but thats just me and not a fault with the product.The instructions were easy to follow and it took me approx 1 hr to construct the pre-drilled hole in the struts and legs helped with this.To summarise a good little bench at a fair price for the amateur DIY'er and I would recommend it as such.Norman.

Easy to put together, very sturdy and well worth the money.

Three of the The 4 corners on the wrk surface were chipped. Tried to contact the company without any success. The surface is very porous and absorbed water and will need to be sealed.

Heavy duty work bench, just what I wanted. Used for my temp makeup studio to ensure I don’t have to bend down and do my back in! Will fit right into my garage studio when it’s renovated.

A sturdy bench that will serve me well in the 'man cave'. Arrived safely even though without any unnecessary additional packaging. Good to not have anything that needs cutting up and throwing away after assembly. All necessary screws supplied. Simple instructions that we're downloaded from the Amazon web site. Just a slight issue with the width of the horizontal cross braces that ultimately hold the middle shelf. I slackened them off until the shelf was installed, that tightened up again afterwards. Another 10mm in their length would have helped. A solid feel and capable of holding several Really Useful boxes for bulky items. As the table sides are quite deep, I have devised additional holding methods for the power tools so they can be clamped without having to drill in to the table top. This will make rearrangement and cleaning down a lot easier. As with other adjacent tables I have fitted castors. As a consequence, additional wooden blocks have been fitted to hold the castor plates securely. Worth the wait and available in a variety of sizes. This example is 1200 x 600mm.

Can't fault it in any way. Very well packed. Easy to assemble. Seems to be very sturdy - expecting many years of service. Well designed. Smart thinking too - 1 extra screw for each of the sizes! Oh, and just to reinforce what they say - make sure you have an electric screwdriver with plenty of torque (not those cheap toys with 6N or lower!)

This bench suited my needs exactly. It arrived.quickly and was easy to build. I did re enfoce the bench top by putting in 3 ' 3x2 timbers under the bench top, plus I also added a sheet of 19mm MDF to the top of the work bench. I think I went over the top reinforcing it, but I plan to have it for ever. If I could find some more space, I'd happily buy another one. The two shelves are strong and provide extra storage space.

Rarely leave reviews on anything but I felt this deserved one. Easy to assemble but make sure you use a powered driver as screwing in the screws by hand would be difficult I imagine. Very sturdy, extremely pleased with this item, thoroughly recommended.
