Excellent Olive Oil!
Delicious flavor of olive oil! Loved the Hojiblanca olive oil from Santamaria so I decided to try the Picual variety; it too is delicious! I use it for cooking as well as for dipping crusty bread, swirled into freshly prepared herbs and garlic. This olive oil is high in polyphenols, “the healthy part”, and is great quality for the price!

Slight bitterness
I bought this due to a claim of high polyphenol content. The aspect I do not like is that the taste does has a slight bitterness to it. I am not an olive oil expert. I plan to try other olive oils high in polyphenols to compare the taste. I did some basic research and the bitterness is normal, an indication of higher levels of polyphenols.

Great flavor! Great price!
This oil has great texture, very smooth, with a full flavor that is working well in everything I cook and put on my plate. Now I'm hoping for all of the great health benefits that accompany this kind of olive oil!

Pure and Delicious EVOO
I drink 2 tablespoons with a little salt every morning. It is super high in Polyphenols and super healthy for you.

Beware, non-returnable and damage is common
Update: another delivery with smashed cap!! Great for dipping. Product is fine, but package is questionable. First bottle was ok, but next one (see pic) the cap was smashed (even though the whole bottle was thoroughly wrapped in bubble wrap). Be aware that you can not return this item even if it’s broken!!
