The lock is not designed to fit anything, after cutting the metal rod to size, you will need to file it down and make it thinner otherwise its impossible to put the lock on. Scratched the whole bloody thing up trying to fix it. Worthless crap, wouldnt re-buy for more than 32p. Very badly made. Avoid

I bought this for my bathroom door and on first appearance it looks nice and just what I wanted for the door. However when putting it up, 1 screw snapped clean off inside the door, another didn’t have anything to put your screwdriver into. And the metal bit that changes the lock was miles to long and my husband ended up having to cut it in half. Then it doesn’t even work as a lock anyway, handle is stiff and not suitable for my children to use! Won’t be buying again!

As you can see from the picture the lock mechanism from the inside of the door does not fit into the hole on the plate. I gave 4 stars as I don't know if it's a fault with the actual item or the fact that the drilled hole going through the actual door is not straight. The spindle seems to bit a bit long. Again I don't know if this a standard size spindle or is it my door? Maybe the seller can advise? I don't want to be making matters worse by cutting bits away so it fits. It works so best left alone.

Returned item as did not fit. Seller does not provide prepaid returns labels so had to pay 3.70 to return them, then seller wants proof of postage which was sent but now wants track and trace info which I didn't do. This cost more than the handles did. Surely putting his address label and returns label inside packaging is enough. He now won't respond to my emails. Poor customer service does not come close. Please avoid.

Great price easy to fit the only mistake I made was I bought the wrong keep so after fitting we realised we needed a different lock / keep but that was my fault as I didn't read the spec properly

The door handle is fine. The central rod for the handles is fine...BUT...the central rod for the lock is much longer than the central rod for the handles?! So, I couldn't use the lock!

Very flimsy and the rod is about double the size of a normal door, so unless you have adequate cutting tools it cant be used.

Rubbish. Wish I'd read the reviews first. After fitting a lock, then the handles the spindle that fits the locking mechanism is too long. What kind of design fault is that!? Stupid.
