These bulbs are incompatible with any other type of bulb when using a dimmer.
I bought these bulbs for track light use with dimmers. Initially they wouldn't light up at all. I then tried moving the dimmer up to the maximum and they lit, but as I backed the level off they dimmed much faster than the other bulbs, going black at about 2/3rds setting. They are clearly not compatible with other bulbs and are only usable if the dimmer is set to maximum, and what is the point of having a dimmer if you have them set to max all the time? Do not buy these bulbs unless they will be the only ones on a circuit. That makes them useless to me.

Works and dims! Quality of light is different.
These fit perfectly into the deep narrow fixtures and they dim. These do not have the spotlight effect that the old ones did and the color isn’t as warm but they don’t get so hot and will hopefully last a lot longer than the inefficient bulbs I had previously. It depends on what you want whether you will love them or not. The effect is different than what it replaced.

Using them in pendant lights, they look great
These 3000K lights are the perfect color temperature for my dining area island that has new pendants over it. I decided on these instead of big bulky bulbs because they are hidden better in the pendants since these are smaller. I only needed two, but like everything else on Amazon you often can't get just a couple of something, you have to get a whole bunch. :) These look great in my pendants, I am happy with them.

Occasional Blink
These look great in the range hood. They have a good, bright color.They blink occasionally. I'm not sure why.I have seen another LED bulb blink when the AC unit clicks on.Most LED we have, standard 60 watt bulbs, never blink.

Not really a spot, but a good narrow flood.
Decent even light but NOT a spot light by any stretch of the imagination unless you think 60 degrees is a spot. There is a dearth of good narrow spots on the market. This light has a nice interior color temperature and produces moderate RFI.

Fits a Dacor
Finally found an LED that will fit in the Dacor range vent hood. Six of these cost less than one Dacor halogen bulband use a fraction of the energy. Light color is perfect for food.

Right size for small inset light fixtures.
So glad to finally find these! I didn’t know how to search for them. They seem to work great and since they are LED i’m not worried about the load on the electrical panel. My daughter’s room went from a cave to being a very sunny place! She then cleaned-up without being asked.

So far, these are terrific
They are a little more "daylight" than "warm white", but they are quite bright and work well with our dimmer. I liked them so much, I immediately bought another box of them.
