Great! Works perfectly and comes with a case for the back as well which I was not expecting! Beautiful Orange!

Cheaply made and doesn't fit an iPad 4. Returning
Returning this. Doesn't fit my iPad 4. The back cover is very loose and hangs off. The cutouts are wrong so you can't easily operate the volume and other controls. Cheap materials. The only thing I like is the orange color! Not enough reason to keep this. Replaced it with one made by MoKo, which fits perfectly, and is made of high quality materials. Makes my iPad look brand new. A great bargain! Avoid this one, if you don't want the annoyance of returning it for something that actually fits.

Wonderful value, quality as expected.
My husband is quite happy with this cover for his iPad 2. While it is certainly not of the quality of an Apple-branded smart case, the back cover fits well with all of the ports cut correctly for controls, speakers, etc., and he appreciates the fact that it is has a bit of a rubberized coating on it, making the iPad not as slick to hold. The back also snaps over the magnetic attachment for the smart cover, holding it in place quite nicely but still allowing the cover to fold flat over the back when the iPad is in use, but if you want to regularly remove the smart over without removing the back plate, you will not appreciate this feature. The sleep/wake function of the smart cover has worked well for us, and we have not noticed any physical defects in the workmanship at this point. For now, it has been a wonderful value, and my husband loves the orange color.

Not worth it.
I use my iPad daily, the plastic cover on the back began to crack and lose chips off the corners within 2-3 weeks and the magnetic cover which is supposed to form a 'prop' constantly slipped and flattened. I finally just got a different cover, only had this one on for a month or so. Not worth the money.

For the money, I will not complain -- but ...
For the money, I will not complain -- but within just a few weeks of use, the cover's edges started to come apart, as did the section near a seam, and the rear plastic shell cracked near the corners. Still getting daily use, but definitely offers quality equal to its price.

SHORT AND SWEET
SO VERY PRETTY IN BRIGHT COLORS, HAS A SOFT SUEDE-LIKE MAGNETIC COVER. KIDS WILL LOVE IT FOR SCHOOL AND GROWN UPS WILL LIKE IT FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS.

CHEAP and POORLY MADE
Was not what I expected. I know the cost wasn’t expensive but, this was the cheapest crap ever. It did not fit the iPad. You can’t return it. The sides that should be the closure didn’t fit in itself. It’s a cheap and poorly made product. I would NOT recommend purchasing it unless you like giving away money.
