Caldera Pet Therapy Shoulder Wrap with Gel, Large, Black

Works really well! I think my German Shepherd even likes it! I use the hot and cold and once it’s on, he just curls up and goes to sleep! He’s asleep on my lap with it right now. It’s probably too early to say, but I do think it’s going to help him with his limp in his shoulder he gets sometimes after running around (hes been xrayed, the vet believes it’s tendinitis, and said hot/cold therapy might bring some relief)

Good concept, but the velcro SUCKS!!! We had to constantly keep reattaching all the straps, but especially the ones around the legs. If they replace the current velcro with super strong velcro, that would improve this product. It would also be nice if they offered a XL version that has slightly longer straps, because our dog is probably at the top of the range for the L.

We where recommended this after a shoulder surgery for our Rottweiler and its been so easy to use and saves a TON of time since I can put this on her for the 20 minutes that the Veterinarian has told us after the surgery.

The wrap fit's my dog OK, but the hot / cold packs do not stay up in place over her shoulder. Gravity makes the packs compress into a ball shape, and then they go down to the bottom of the pocket, does not stay in place over my dog's shoulder where her therapy needs are located. I do not recommend this product, looks nice, good idea, but actually this does not work because the packs do not stay in place.

My big dog loved it when I put it on him first thing in the morning. Once I strapped it on, he just nestled right back down for an hour of warmth.

The Large was way too big for my 80 pound Golden Doodle. The gel packs are much heavier than I had expected. I think even if it had fit him right I still would have sent it back due to the weight of the gel pack.

The material and design are excellent, but the construction in the wrap I received has 2 minor flaws. The large size does fit my male Doberman pinscher and would fit larger dogs.
