I have been very happy with this product but there are a couple of things that prevent me giving it a 5 star review. This dryer gets my hair incredibly straight and shiny- like glass. With limited use of product my hair is straight without looking greasy- without need for Moroccan oil or other similar product. I have very course, textured hair and live in the Deep South where we typically have 100% humidity. With this dryer my hair stays straight ALL DAY without needing to use my flat iron. So straight that it continues until the day. Bonus. Sure- a regular hairdryer and a round brush might yield the same results but I’m rather challenged and do not posses the skill set required to use a round brush without making a tangled mess of my hair. For some reason I don’t have that problem with this dryer. Winning! Now for the reasons I cannot give it a 5 star: the shipping is the Worst. Like I’m pretty sure someone hopped on a bike and rode this thing from China. Took weeks to get here and when you’re used to Amazon Prime and 2 day shipping it seemed like FOREVER. Finally, the cord on this dryer needs some serious work. They need to put an engineer on this thing and develop a cord that doesn’t constantly wind up like one of those metal brain teaser puzzles. Ridiculous. I do love it though. Takes forever to dry my hair (about 20 minutes) but once I’m done I’m done. Again- love it.

it began smoking and I shut it off and unplugged it.I attempted to contact merchant (twice) after I contacted Amazon. I reached out to Amazon after not hearing from the merchant and then Amazon hasn't returned any emails nor did they attempt to resolve the issue.

Love love love this! Cuts my drying time down and it isn’t damaging my hair like with using a blow dryer and flat iron. Saves me so much time and my hair Has a lot more volume. I absolutely love it and will never go back to a 2 step process of blow drying then fly ironing.

It didn’t dry as quickly as I’d like. Too cumbersome when holding it. Returned to good ‘ole blow dryer -and brush.

I purchased this in April and it work like a dream. Dried and straightened so well. Then a month ago it started to make less and less heat. Now it blows only room temp air. So disappointed. There is no return policy or warranty listed.

I like this product. It actually works on my super thick hair. The only think I'd change if possible would be the size of the handle. It's rather bulky.

Really liked this product at first, but it stopped working after only 6 months. I contacted the company ans they never got back to me.

This works great! It is the only wand I have ever used that actually straightens my hair and does it fast!
