Ordered as a replacement for what were allegedly the same light strings purchased 5 years ago and illuminated almost daily for 3-4 hours each evening. These bulbs seem to be much more fragile than the originals, and several shattered while installing the strings, although none shattered while taking their predecessors down. No extras are provided.They do look nice and produce a lot of light.We’ll see how well they hold up. Will try to update review based on longer term performance.

These EXACT SAME LIGHTS are at TARGET!!!! Room Essentials brand, same type, same length, same number of bulbs, same same same for $12.99 per strand (if still in stock). I mean EXACT SAME. I recognized them in the store the day before these arrived in the mail and I was kind of appalled that I had spent $40+ per strand online with this vendor. I will be returning the ones I ordered here and keeping the ones I got in-store from Target.As for the three stars... these lights are great! Besides the overpricing, they are a quality product with a beautiful light and plenty of length. However, BE CAREFUL because I broke one of the bulbs while hanging them. I didn't drop the strand hard, but it shattered nonetheless. The bulbs are thin glass. I unscrewed the bulb from its socket easily and the rest of the strand works fine.... although I dont know if its still safe outside when wet... so Ill be using another strand instead... and for $12.99 at TARGET I can afford to get a new strand.So sorry to this vendor for speaking up about the cheaper price at TARGET. I hope you'll consider dropping the cost.

I ordered this string of lights as an alternative to a strand of Edison bulbs I found at Lowe's. The Edison bulbs were about double the price, for half the number of actual bulbs. This seemed like a much more affordable and thrifty alternative. And they are! The package arrived quickly. I was sad to see that 3 of the 25 bulbs were smashed, sometime in transit it seems. I contacted the seller and they said they'd replace the bulbs, free of charge. 2 days later, I received my 3 new bulbs, PLUS 5 more! 8 extras at no charge. How wonderful!They give off a pleasant warm amber glow, that makes my patio very inviting and classy. I love to BBQ and my parties have a much more entertaining atmosphere, with everyone wanting to sit outside at night, chatting over beers, and having only the strand of lights above for light. It's a real treat.

I bought these to hang up in the back patio area behind my gallery and they work great. They match the lights we have had in the past so I'm happy with that (they are a warm white light). We only use them occasionally so I imagine they will last awhile, but I do like that I can replace the bulbs on these so that I don't waste the entire strand when they burn out. I will update my review if anything changes, but so far I am happy with them.

I love these lights.They enhance an otherwise dreary and dark spot on top of a back yard deck I built last summer. I did not follow the recommendation of other reviewers stating the removal of bulbs to prevent breakage. Instead I solicited my daughter's help in holding them for me and avoided the removal and re-screwing of bulbs. I connected two strings together and hung them from three spots on the canopy of trees covering the deck. Those two strings are enough to create a beautiful ambient glow that is inviting and makes guests want to linger a little longer. I use no other lights in that remote area of the backyard, but that is all I need to light it up.My lights came from Sival Inc.

I love the look of these lights. I am happy with them. I will say that two bulbs were not working when I received them but there were two back ups. Amazon did give me a small credit so I could buy another bulb if I needed to. The company couldn't send a replacement bulb and I didn't want to take the whole string down and exchange. I have them on my back porch. They look pretty. They are very bright but give a nice warm glow.

I was so impressed with how the package came. Nicely wrapped so lights were well protected during shipping. We took the advice from other reviews and installed light strings minus the bulbs. The lights we hung are inside our pergola. I like the size if the bulb not too big it small. I couldn't have chosen a better product. Thanks to all the reviews in helping me make a smart purchase. The lighting is warm and beautiful and gives just the right amount of light to give you that beautiful ambience your looking for. Would highly recommend these lights for your back yard or anywhere else you would consider using them. They are perfect!!!!
