Giving two stars because I finally got it to work and its very attractive, however it was such a pain to get it to work. The lines were full of gunk from factory so when I turned on the water, nothing but a few drops came out. Had to take apart the handle and use a dropper to suck out the black gunk and then had to blow the mechanism out that controls the water flow. It took so long and shouldn't have happened. If you aren't going to have clean lines then in the instructions you should state that the lines need to be taken apart and washed out BEFORE trying to run water through them. Took about 2 hours just to get the faucet to work. PAIN!

My wife ordered these and for the price I did not have much expectation, so I was rather surprised at how nice they are. They actually feel very heavy, but that is a good thing for the sturdiness. They were nicely packaged too! Now for the long term test, but at this price... we can change the style if we get bored with these!

Update: after a couple of months the finish started to come off on a part of the faucet that is not heavily used. I see no way to contact the seller about this. Replacing it with a higher quality faucet just a year later.Love this faucet - very heavy and fit in the hole of a small corner sink. Nice to have a higher faucet so as not to have to bend over as much. The flow is very strong.The only thing I need to find out is if there’s a way to dampen the flow as at the strongest point it splashes out of my sink a little. But again it’s because my sink is so tiny.

We love this faucet make sure to measure the hole on your vanity, our hole was too small so we had to shave it to get the faucet to fit, looks great for the price!!

It is a beautiful faucet. Very strong and give my bathroom a great touch. I had bought one faucet for one of my bathroom and seeing how it looked I went and bought 2 more.

This faucet looks awesome!! But the water flow is horrible. Our plumber took the entire faucet apart to see if there was a problem internally or if the water pressure was low. He said to get our money back. Nothing was blocking the mesh or anything. The water pressure is great when the faucet is removed. I wish our water was turned on so I could return or exchange this product. Maybe this on is faulty... the picture attached is with water on as much as possible.

We love the look of these faucets, but they are not a straight forward install. The base of the faucet has a threaded sleeve that is required in order to accept the plastic nut underneath the basin and snug the unit tight. That sleeve has a 1 3/8" diameter, which is the EXACT size of the hole in a standard basin. I had to use a rasp and hammer drill to increase the hole size so the sleeve would fit through. That took about 45 minutes. The braided hoses that come attached to it are a special type which can not be removed and which were not long enough to reach my water valves. I had to buy 12" flex hoses to complete the length.
