Flawless Pliers
The double dipped handles really make a difference in regards to comfort and insulation. These effortlessly cut solid and stranded wire of various gauges. There is no loud snap that I hear and feel when cutting any wire or 12/2 MC, just a nice thud or low click sound. It surprises me that these actually cut better than my journeyman series lineman pliers.

We all have a story - here's mine.
Decades ago, I was a carpenter's helper. I just did what I was told, I was a helper. We got into a situation where we didn't have the nails that were needed for the job. I was told to cut off 3/4 inch of the 16d nails we had on hand. I struggled to cut the end of the nail, and decided that I certainly couldn't cut any quantity of nails. But, looking around, others were cutting nails, seemingly effortlessly. They were all using Kleins to cut nails. That evening, I looked through my own tools, my father-in-law's tools, my father's tools, and experimented with a variety of pliers. None would cut those nails the way my co-worker's Kleins cut nails. The next day, I went to a hardware store, and purchased my own Kleins.I've never been without, since then. Thanks to inflation, today's purchase is over priced. But, thankfully, today's purchase is the same quality cutters that we were using on the job more than 40 years ago.I highly recommend any and all of Klein's cutting tools. I would give Klein 10 stars if the system allowed.

Great.
Still haven’t bought anything other than Klein tools for most hand tools and definitely when it comes to lineman’s I believe they’re the best in the game. This pair is great and cuts smooth and easy. They’re comfortable in the hand and one of my favorite tools in my kit.

Factory fresh
The black gritty sand makes you feel like it came strait from the factory, still working out all the gunk so it looks like perfection. For all the people that don’t know, that is normal , also the tip of the pliers don’t close all the way by design for non contact. They’ll close when you wear them in don’t worry!
