Q: Does it really put out 240v ac meaning actually split phase 2 seperate 120v legs, when it shows lne terminal on 120v outputs

there is an output AC240vAC(left side) and 3pcs output AC120v(AC output terminal+2pcs white AC output socket, at the right side) if you want to run 240v appliances, you should hook with output 240vAC, if your appliances is 120v, then please hook with output 120vAC, you can't confuse them. you can hook output 240vAC+120vAC at same time, but please kindly note the 120v+240vAC total power can't over 4000W. and we need to show you a photo how to operate, we think you should send message to us, we can't attached the photo here. thanks.

Q: Is the upper and lower fan supposed to run at the same time. Only the upper is. Batteries full, cables tight. Get beep alarm then shutdown.

once the temperaute raise, the fan will work, can't confirm whether they work at same time, it works when temperatue raised. battery is full, it can keep working if the DC input voltage is not over voltage. inverter will alarm and shutdown unless the voltage is over or low.
