Comfortable mouse but it has some durability issues
Update: A rep from Acedada reached out to me and let me know that they had changed the parts manufacture for the scroll wheel (which they said resolves the cons I listed in the original review below) and asked if they could send me the new version of the mouse to try. I agreed and have received the updated version of the mouse. Out of the box the mouse does not exhibit the "jumping problem" the original two did. For that reason I'm bumping my rating to 4 stars. The other issue was the scroll wheel wearing out incredibly fast resulting in the wheel essentially free wheeling (losing the rumbly/clicky feel); First impressions with this is the feedback from the improved scroll wheel is the clicky/rumbliness is more pronounced leading me to believe that scroll wheel may not develop the issue the old one did. Before I award the fifth star, I will use the mouse for 3-4 weeks and see how its doing. After that I will report back.Final Update: Been using the replacement mouse for a while now and the scroll wheel is still working perfectly! If you are looking for a left handed vertical mouse this will work! Only cons are: Lack of remaining charge indicator or integration with windows for the notification.Kudos to this company for reading feedback and making improvements based on that!Original Review on previous revision of this mouse:I ordered two of these, one in the beginning of June and the other a month later.Pros:ComfortableEasy to gripBattery has a good life span.Cons:The mouse I ordered in June, the scroll wheel already has two problems: The wheel has lost the rumbly/clicky feed back when you scroll which causes the wheel to scroll too freely. Next and more importantly, the scroll wheel is misregistering when scrolling up (finger pushes the wheel away from you) and will randomly jump down when scrolling up.The second mouse so far doesn't have these issues though its only a few weeks old.Summary:So far my experience with this mouse has been ok at best. I'm really worried about the scroll wheel as its only two months old and I'm not sure if its going to be usable by the end of another two months. The options for left handed mice are limited already...going vertical reduces those options even less. Took a chance on this one and unfortunately it appears they cheaped out on components. I do use this mouse daily both on my personal rig and my laptop. The first one had been used for both until I got the second one but that doesn't excuse the scroll wheel issue. I had a Logitech M310 prior to this and it didn't have any of these problems and I've had that mouse for years.Recommendation: Try a left handed mouse from someone else.

Nueropathy in your hands? Carpal tunnel? Get this, the pain does get better! Mine did!
After having aggressive chemotherapy for cancer, I was left with neuropathy in my hands along with carpal tunnel. It is a pain I would not wish on anyone. I can’t type or use the mouse without immense pain. After a while, my hands feel like the pains is jabbing me like needles, they might be numb, or they feel like they are on fire. The pain radiates and changes. I tried buying several standard ‘mice’, but they did not seem to work. At first, they did, but long term, nope. I started looking for a mouse for my hands and I am a south paw. It seems if you are left-handed, you have to spend more money too. Most of the right-handed ones are cheaper and also have a better selection. I was worried if this would be too hard to get used to. I am getting older in life and set in my ways, don’t like change as much. I bought a month ago and wanted to wait a month before writing my review. I feared my small hands would not fit. At first, I was convinced it was too big. I was mentally not prepared to like it, again, did not want the change. I changed the right and left click buttons, so it was like using a standard mouse with the buttons set in the same placement. I must say this has really improved my pain, my ability to type better, and not have too much pain after. There was no learning curve, just time but the lack of pain was worth it. I have only charged in once since having it and it was not even low. I love this thing! I like it so much I have it on two laptops and just move the USB dongle to the port on each computer, so I have the same mouse. I should buy another one. If you have pain in your hand, get one of these. If you are left-handed and are wondering if they work, they do! My hands fit and they are small but the mouse itself is not small. I think in a month, it has already paid for itself with the lack of pain. Worth the relief and can’t see myself using a standard mouse now. Makes sense why I have 10 of the standard ones sitting on a counter near me because I thought they worked but they didn’t for the pain. This one does.

Finally a left handed ergo mouse
What is a lefty supposed to do? Every time I see an ergo mouse its for right-handed use so I was pleased to see this one offered for lefties. Ive been using it for a couple of months and think its perfect. Its decently made, the materials aren't up to Apple or Microsoft quality but its just fine. I really like that its rechargeable, who wants to mess around with batteries anymore? It holds a charge (I typically charge it on Sundays and it lasts all week and probably would go beyond) and its accurate. Basically, its exactly what I need, an ergo mouse for lefties that doesn't break the bank. Yep, I recommend it.

So very impressed on all fronts!
At first, I couldn’t get any of the buttons to work right and gave up on it. I was so disappointed, but wrote it off as just what happens sometimes. Things just don’t work out. I returned the mouse and didn’t think about it again until about a week or so later.I then received a message from the seller asking me if they could sent out another mouse at no charge to try out again. I agreed and they sent it to me. This one worked PERFECTLY!! I am so thrilled! It takes a little getting used to compared to a “regular” mouse, but once you get used to it, you’ll never want to go back to the old way of mousing. It’s extremely responsive, and it works so very well! I’m very impressed with how much the seller cares about the consumer and I’ll buy from them whenever I can and recommend to friends. Thank you!’

Very imprecise, hard to use
I bought this mouse because I have a similar vertical mouse that works perfectly, and I assumed this is the same brand (it looks exactly the same on pictures). Seems like it's a cheap copy: It's so imprecise that it's unusable, at least for work. For example, if you try to mark certain words of a text, it will often mark something else or jump with the cursor if you don't intend to.I sent this mouse back and don't recommend it.

Left Click mouse button stopped working exactly after a day
The product looks good but stopped working within a day of usage. Left click button doesnt work anymore even after full charge while right click and mouse wheel/middle button works properly. Hence it is practically unusable and I am stuck with a defective product.

Don't buy this!! Doesn't work properly, no support!
Do not trust this seller! I bought one, it worked for 1 month then scroller and buttons stopped working. I contacted warranty and she said she was not the seller and I can get my money back from Amazon (LIE). There are many better mouse like this out there, DON'T BUY THIS!!
