French Girl Organics - Organic/Vegan Neroli Creme Fraiche Facial Moisturizer (1 oz)

I’ve been using this product for a few days now and have already seen a big difference. My skin had become pretty dry (almost flaky) recently, and I had been driving myself nuts trying to figure out what I was doing that caused the change. I decided to toss my current moisturizer and try something new, and I am very happy so far.In terms of smell, I personally like the smell of this cream. As another reviewer stated, if you are into a more “natural” type of smell, this will be totally up your alley. At first it has a cologne-like smell, but up close it is very grassy. Not overpowering at all, and fades almost immediately. I would prefer no scent at all but this is entirely pleasant to me (unlike many other “natural”, cruelty free products on the market today that have undergone formula changes and smell totally synthetic and fragrancy).In terms of texture, this cream feels a bit greasy at first but absorbs super fast and goes really well under makeup. There is absolutely no greasy feel for me once applied.Definitely happy with my purchase...although small, the price seems right.

This stuff is advertised as "feather light" which is optimistic at best. The jar I received is pretty greasy, and while it does seem to moisturize decently, it doesn't soak in to the point that the greasiness disappears. And I do not have oily skin. My skin is pretty decent, combination/slightly dry with a bit of redness and the occasional pimple but no major issues. This moisturizer might be good for a very frigid cold, dry, windy environment like Chicago or the great plains in January, or if you live in Death Valley or somewhere equally dry. I've had it on my dresser for two months and once a week or so I put it on trying to like it more, but I always end up amazed at how it's just sitting heavily on my skin after several hours. It seems like it would clog up my skin if used regularly. Also, the jar is TINY. I think to just use it up I will keep it in my bag and use as hand cream/cuticle cream where the heavyness wont matter. The smell is fine, herbal/botanical but I do think the labeling is misleading saying it chamomile when it doesn't contain any chamomile.

It's pretty unusual moisturizer.The texture is more like blended butter with tiny bubbles inside (if you know kiehls body butter - that's it). When you touch it with warm fingers and put on your face, it melts instantly and feels more like an oily lotion. It doesn't leave the skin oily or shiny but it makes it very soft in few minutes.I little bit cream on the tips of the fingers is enough.It has a strong smell of sun-dried grass, flowers, thus, lemon oil and honey. I would say it's more spicy than sweet.If you have an allergic sensitive skin, be careful cause it really VERY natural and contains many herbs.

Love this cream. Was skeptic because my skin is not very dry and read in reviews that it is extremely hydrating. When i started using, i noticed the way skin feels. It looked hydrated and different from other drug store products. Do invest in this magic cream. The smell is not my top favorites and the after smell is like that of faint lavender.. I combine with night cream for a complete regimen. Overall, a great investment

It makes my face feel and look nice but I'm not crazy about the scent. It has a nice texture and a little goes a long way. Absorbs quickly but I can see it being a little too heavy for someone with oily or really sensitive skin. I have combination skin and live in the desert and enjoy the effects of this product. I don't regret the purchase at all, but purely based on the smell I'll probably try a few others before purchasing this again.

I am really enjoying this brand overall. The lotion absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth for the rest of the day. The products have a such a clean, fresh feel to them, and the packaging is subtle and elegant.

Again, great brand, I go back and forth btwn this one and the Rose one...I can't say enough good things. I only put organic products on my skin and body and hair...thinks about all the chemicals we don't know we put on ourselves...this is a good one!!! Must have.

I'm always a bit hesitant to try new moisturizers. However, I came across this product around the time that a friend also recommended it and I thought, might as well. I'm so glad I did. I haven't had any reactions, no zits from it, nothing...excepting glowing, moisturized skin. It also smells wonderful as a nice bonus.
