I love this man and how he explains things. It makes sense out of things when you can’t make sense out of anything. I recommend this book to anyone with baggage. It gives you a fresh perspective, instruction, and hope.

The timing of this book was beyond perfect in my life. The teachings of Bishop Jakes has blessed me beyond measures over the years. I received many confirmation ps while reading and I was in awe when he was discussing the anointing he talked about “crushing” which happens to be one of his books and my next read. The irony is the difference of years between the two books and I ironically just ordered a hard copy of Crushing. I feel like his newest book will be an elaboration to what I just read about the anointing and our trials and tribulations. I highly recommend this book it definitely gave me some clarity in certain areas of my life and I loved the analogies given. I’m grateful for Bishop Jakes wisdom and knowledge with the word of God

This profound book about soliciting answers from the Almighty concerning His methods of accomplishing His purpose for a believers life is absolutely eye-opening with its' unique perspective of the very dynamics of the act of asking questions itself!!! Quickly pointing out that asking God"why"is NOT a sign of being faith-less,but moreso a sign of ACKNOWLEDGMENT that Jesus IS effectively in capable command of EVERYTHING!! After this is discussed,the book only gets BETTER,clear through to the last page!!The conclusion Jakes reaches concerning the ultimate PURPOSE and benefit involved IN asking questions of King Jesus is SO profoundly simple and logical,that many a reader will find that they've recieved the very same revelation from King Jesus concerning getting"answers"!!Gods'actual thoughts on BEING questioned BY them whom He CREATED from DIRT are investigated and confirmed through scripture,will cause the believer to consider when asking King Jesus"why?!?"... Compassionate and forthright, this book is a blessing for those of us who have ever wondered why me, and how do I cope with the situations I am enduring. Well worth the money spent. :)

After reading this book, my life's journey is so unbelievably clearer! This book has changed the way I view challenges, obstacles and my life in general. From early childhood to present, I've always questioned God's reasoning for creating me in the manner in which He did. It seems like everything I acquired was accompanied by struggle, strife, isolation & rejection. I never understood why I was unpopular & so "different" from everyone or disliked by so many who never took the opportunity to know me or the kindness that lives within. But now it makes perfect sense! I've always felt God's presence and Grace, even before I knew what it was. It never occurred to me that I am anointed. I've always felt there is something "big" for me to do, but my lack of confidence never let me believe God would use someone like me! Today, I think differently and know that it has all been part of the plan to draw me closer to him. I am truly excited to continue my spiritual growth while learning His divine purpose for my life. I am a transformer!

This book has been such a blessing to me. I've been going through a really hard time over the past couple months and I couldn't understand why. I love God and dedicated to working for Him but now I understand that He has to do some work in me first and that involves trials and tribulations. Absolutely perfect for anyone who feels they're in the desert or the valley and need some encouragement and direction!

Thus book has helped me emensley. Love the descriptive way in which TD Jakes writes. Have downloaded a lot of his books. The way of writing means I can go back and read again and can pick up in different places. Very uplifting. Why? Because TD Jakes is anointed.

Just skimmed through, content is great, will be a great read (after i finish my exams thus the skimmation). the book is however very small in size(not pages). I was a bit shocked as the package almost seemed weightless and i bought two. Nevertheless its the content that matters.

A great read and a great pick me up if ever you question why?Great price and well worth a read.
