Our son broke his elbow and had to have surgery. Aftet recovering he was ready to play soccer again but theres always the fear of landing on the elbow and breaking it again. These are made very well. My daughter uses them for breakdancing class. Even though they are size small my daughter has very thin arms so they still slide off a bit. She wears them over long sleeves and it fits fine.
