So far, I’m not impressed at all. The first issue is the installation, for the novice installer, this would be a daunting task and if done wrong, could really mess up your vehicles wiring. I had to pay $170 to have it professionally installed. Then came the SIM card issue. I finally found a SIM card at T Mobile and then had to pay $10 a month for the 3G 2GIG service, (doesn’t state anywhere in the item description that a monthly service fee is required). And no one uses 3G anymore, it’s all 4G. Then came the quality of the video, grainy video on front camera, not very clear at all. I can’t seem to get live video feed, when I activate the app on my phone, the live image is about 5 minutes behind me, it’s not live at all and the video is jumpy, like it’s not processing fast enough. The phone app is very confusing and they don’t offer any good instructions anywhere on how to set this camera up. I’d really like to return this camera but, it’s hard wired into my fuse box and from what I’ve seen, the wires were stripped and taped so if I remove the camera, the wires will need to be taped up which could cause a short, if not done properly. I can’t help but think that If my car was still under warranty, my warranty would be cancelled because of the way this camera needs to be wired. I should’ve spent the extra money and went with the Owl camera, at least that one works as it’s described to work and doesn’t require a service contract or professional installation. Oh, good luck contacting them, they’re out of China.

First of all the price is AMAZING for what it claims. I've been researching these cameras for a while now because I have a new driver in the house I wanted to make sure she's protected. So far it seems to do what it claims and the images are great.One thing to note is the seller's description claims this camera comes with everything needed to install, which is accurate but confusing in the fact that it does NOT come with everything needed for it to actually WORK. You have to buy a memory (SD) card and SIM card separately. The SIM card will require a monthly fee through a wireless network. I used AT&T. I didn't know it wouldn't work at all without an SD card as the description states there is internal memory. Once I installed both cards it took a few hours to connect but finally worked.The live feed and audio are very choppy but the images are still good and work for what I bought it for. Also, the choppy feed could be from my service provider and not the camera itself. My favorite part of the features is the screen shot I included in this review. It shows the car trip, GPS, and speed. This is great protection for my teen driver.I did pay for a professional to install it because I don't know how to do this. I also wanted to make sure it could be activated while the car was off and in park mode. Still way UNDER competitor's pricing for other cameras out there.The only number for support was in China but they are very responsive via email, within 24hrs. Not easy to get going but worth the hassle for the price.

I am very upset with this purchase. The camera doesn’t work. I had it professionally installed to my truck, costed $150 to install. Went to T-Mobile got a 3g SIM card. And IT DIDN’T work. So than I thought maybe it doesn’t work with T-Mobile. I went to AT&T and got a SIM card. And it still doesn’t work. I am very upset as I spent $300.00+ on this and it’s useless. I would give it zero stars if I could.

super HD and very useful. better choice

am not sure, but NOT working at all, until you put the sim card in. NO WI FI OR HOTSPOT OR app could not find the device thru GPS. work for a little then just die no power or anything. bad product. YOU NEED A SIM CARD AND MEMORY CARD TO RUN THIS THING. !!!!!. NOT MANY PEOPLE SERVICE WILL INSTALL THIS FOR YOU, BE AWARE CAUSE OF THE FUNCTIONS IT HAS.

It’s states that my device does not exist after paying 140.00 to have this installed by a professional car dealership. Not only did I waste the money on the camera, I wasted money on the installation. Now I have a camera in my window that doesn’t work.

Not working with 3G T-mobile som card

A très bien fonctionné pendant 12 mois. GPS precis en terme de localisation, vidéos de qualité ok, détection de mouvements ok, appli compagnon ok. Franchement un super produit jusqu’à ce qu’il s’arrête de fonctionner 8 jours avant la date anniversaire de son achat.J’ai contacté la société fabricante (jimi lab). On verra bien.
