TV without Composite Input
This is a great device to use if you buy a TV without a Composite input or if you have two units that do not have a HDMI output. I use it for my DVD/VHS Player that doesn't have an HDMI output. This device is small and provides a good picture quality.

Do not buy this, it does not work
This HDMI Scaler gave me a green screen with white lines through it. It does not work. The sound works, but the picture does not. The customer service at CE Compass is terrible. They just refer you to their website to get a RMA number. Not much help at all. They do not seem to care about their defective product, or me as their customer. Think twice before buying from them.

not really the best
Unfortunately the power pack recieved did not work. When I did get the product to work, the picture is not as good as using composite directly into an HD TV. Still, despite the fact that I was disappointed in the product, the service from the seller was excellent, as I recieved a full refund no questions asked. I will buy from them again, but I might be more careful with my product selection.

Works fine with my old VCR and HDTV
I almost did not buy this because of the other reviews. I had not problems connecting my old VCR with RCA audio and video plugs to my HDTV.

Dead On Arrival
This item did not work when installed. I tried several HDMI sources as well as different HDMI cables. The documentation and support are non-existent. Sent it back and was charged a restocking fee. This is cheap Chinese junk. Not a happy experience. Look elsewhere.

Stopped working after 5 minutes
Recieve unit in good shape. Hooked up to a composite video signal input and to hdmi out to TV. got signal for 5 minutes then stopped working., Hope to be able to return and get a replacement.
