Paint chips off after a few months
Faucet works fine, fits perfectly and is easy to install. However, it is difficult to keep clean if you have hard water and the paint started chipping off after a few months. True to color.

Great looking , not sure why water pressure is so high through it.
Love the faucet but I can't figure out why the water pressure is unusually high. The faucet I replaced operated normally but this one is almost too powerful. Any thoughts???

Excellent faucet for the price point. Built better than leading brands
Just installed two of these for my bath remodel. Let me tell ya, for the price point, quality, and finish, these faucets are an excellent buy. I needed 2 sets for the vanity they had to have a small foot print because of the back splash and these were just the ticket. The bonus feature the spout rotates ! At first I thought why would i need that, but after installation it is a nice feature to just swing the spout a bit to the left or right when washing up. For the tub and shower, I used top of the line Delta Pivotals ... Comparing the build quality of the brass , this item beats Delta hands down. Much better castings on the spout and valve units. As far as the confusion of the the faucet orientation and the handles (open close orientation) etc.. I don't know why other folks had issues. The faucet units can be oriented 360 degrees, so there really is not an issue. I did not experience any leaks, though I will note the quality of the o rings could be a bit better and I suggest using plumbers silicone lube on the o rings when installing, this will help prevent the o rings from rolling out of place during the installation of the supplied hoses. Great product, fantastic price point...

so pretty!
I feel bad, but I had to return it because we didn't realize our sink was the wrong fit. BUT, the item was stunning. We were bummed we couldn't use it. If this works for you, I highly recommend, its a really good price and looks expensive.

So far very good product, easy to install.
Easy to install, pure cooper not abs, the lines clicks in so you know it’s probably installed, so far no leakages and water pressure is very good. Lets see how long this will last.
