Worth checking out!
There are some good recipes in here! However, the calorie count listed at the bottom along with the macro count are a bit off on some recipes and some of the recipes I would argue aren’t particularly “healthy”That being said, there are some really good healthy ones and I think it’s totally worth the price for the few recipes I’ve tried and enjoyed!

Need a fully gadgeted kitchen
There are some good recipes here, but I feel like I can't use half the book because I lack a few of the "pots" the recipe calls for. A better way would be to give instructions on how to make the dishes with two or so versions. So if you don't have a slowcooker, it gives you instructions on how to cook it via Dutch oven (and vice versa). There are a lot of air fryer recipes that I would like to try, but lack an air fryer to attempt them. It's a book that isn't going to age well, unlike many of my other cookbooks (some of which are hand-me-downs from the 60s!).

Misleading, Requires Multiple Pots
When you buy a book titled "one pot cooking" you certainly don't expect the pot in the recipes to change by recipe. Such as, a Dutch Oven, Cooking Pot, Baking Sheet, Oven, Food Processor I think at one point?I got this book because money was tight and I don't have much in my dorm room aside from a hot plate, and still wanted to eat healthy. This was just a slap in the face.Sent it for a return when I realized how useless about 80 percent of the recipes were.

Disappointing
Had high hopes but every recipe I’ve tried has failed. Either it doesn’t taste great (Example is egg roll in a bowl, which I had to have a doctor up with Lots of seasoning to make it taste good ) or the directions are not right or adequate to cook the dish (example is the butternut frittata, which was burned on outside and raw inside despite following directions exactly). Lemon tortellini soup and apple cinnamon buns were ok, just a little blah. Unfortunately This one will go to the bottom of my cookbook pile.

No photographs in kindle edition
The recipes were mediocre and unoriginal and there are no photographs in the kindle edition so you cannot gauge how the finished dishes should look like.

I like easy prep!
I prefer one-pot cooking and don't' like "brain surgery" when it comes to meal prep. This book does the trick
