5 Day Antiperspirant and Deodorant Pads, Regular Scent, 75 Each (3 Pack)

After years of being unhappy with the normal and clinical strength drug store antiperspirants, I decided to give this a try, only because of the many positive reviews. That was about 2.5 years ago, and I couldn't be happier with this product. It has a pleasant scent which isn't overwhelming. I'm a nurse, and wear scrubs which are not "breathable". At the end of the work day, I do not have any underarm odor, and can still detect a light scent from my morning application. On days that I head to the gym right after work, I do have mild underarm odor after my workout, but it's only noticeable if I raise my arm to do a smell-check... but, I can stop for a casual meal or run errands without concern that anyone else might be offended. I can't say that it offers 5-day results, but can't imagine finding a product that works any better. As far as shipping and packaging, I've never had any issues. There is plenty of fluid in the jars, so the application pads never dry out. The pads are thick and if you want to get more your money....you can separate the pads into 2, and use 1 "thinner" pad under both arms-I swipe under 1 arm and dip it back into the jar to add more product, then swipe under the other arm....I've just showered after all, so there's nothing gross about it. So, you get 150 uses per jar instead of 75. And when all the pads are gone, there is still fluid in the jar. My only negative comment is that once opened, the jar doesn't travel well because it leaks. So, you need to put it in a small, ziplock bag. I did purchase the roll-on version of this product, but it doesn't work quite as well as the pads... but it's still better than what you'll find at your local pharmacy.

My Mother always used and liked the Five Day Deodorant Pads, she always stated to me that it really does last five days long if you need it to. Well of course when I was younger I had my own ideas of what I preferred and that's what I purchased. Now being a little older and a whole lot wiser and also needing to find the product for my mother one day because it was no longer on the shelves of the drug stores or super markets, I turned to Amazon and found exactly what I needed and was looking for, for my mother. I can always count on Amazon.com to have what I need or at least a close replacement and/or suggestion. This product also comes in a Roll-on form as well (which I like and prefer to the pads) but it works just as well as the pads for I have tried both and both work great. This is a super product and I am so glad that I can now still get it for her the way she likes it (in the pad form) and now for me (in the roll on form). It really is a great product that should never have left the shelves. It is effective in keeping both of us dry and comfortable. D. Baker

This is the perfect antiperspirant. First of all, it works. When I use this, I do not perspire. That’s job #1. Also, it leaves no residue on my clothes, which I really appreciate because I often sew my own garments from fine fabrics like silk and linen, and I don’t want them ruined by gummy antiperspirant residue. It has a light smell in the jar but no smell on me. It is also non-irritating. Certain Dri is also effective, but it gives me an itchy red rash, so I had to stop using it. This one never irritates me. I don’t know why it’s called “5-day”— I use it daily and I’m fine with that. It was recently difficult to find, so I called the manufacturer and they said they were having trouble keeping up with demand! Luckily it’s back in stock. I highly recommend this product.

My son has always struggled with finding a deodorant that works or that lasts. This is the only one that has worked and lasts a day. He has tried countless brands from organic to super pricey ones. This is the only one that has worked for the past 3 yrs.

5 Day Deodorant pads are an excellent product. Besides being an effective antipersperand and deodorant, it's also good to pack for airplane travel. Several of the damp pads in a sandwich bag are perfectly legal in suitcases that can be carried on the plane. Unfortunately, this is a product that is not carried by most stores that sell many other brands. It's great to be able to get it online at a good price.

I remember in the 1960s and 1970s using this product. It worked then. I thought 5-Day Deoddorant had been discontinued for working too well. Something like Mary Jane which works so hard at relieving to the harmful maladies of life. Oh, how she is a great stress/pain relief. Anyway, a person could put on the deodorant and go five or even seven days, better on just six to not be offensive.

Have used this deodorant since I was a teen-ager and am now 82 years old. Need I say anymore? it's great!

I was pretty upset when I received the deodorant. The 3 of them came loose in a plastic bag. When taken out if the mailbox there was the strong odor of the deodorant. When bag was opened it had a large puddle of the deodorant liquid in the mailing bag. The liquid made a royal mess of everything from the jars leaking the liquid.
