Caldera Hot & Cold Therapy Gel - 4.5" x 10.5"

These were the best ice packs in this size that I could find on Amazon at this price point! I use them for cold by putting them in the freezer overnight. They work great for migraines and keep food colder than 41F for hours.

Great Gel Packs Don't know how may of these gel packs I have ordered over the last few years. We keep at least four in the freezer for daily use. Very flexable and fit in most covers sold for use on back, knee, etc.

This is a good ice pack to use after a workout. I use this pack on my knees after a jog. The gel does not freeze solid and you can form the pack around your knees or ankles. The pack feels very durable and will probably last for a long time. However, the pack does not stay cold for as long as other packs I've used. I have yet to use this pack as a hot pack...

I have been suffering from a herniated disc, and this brand of ice packs has saved my life. They freeze up really well and quickly. I have about 5 use them interchangeably 3 times a day. Only downside is that after months of use (which let's, be honest is pretty good) they start taking longer to freeze. Maybe there's a mild breakdown in the gel. Would still highly recommend!

I like the hot and cold packs because they are easy to use and fit around my knee to afford coolness or heat around the majority of it. They are easy to use and would definitely order more when necessary.

I bought this gel pack and another one for my twisted ankles. I went to Walmart to compare prices and decided to go with these. After a few uses I am very pleased! I haven't used them hot yet, but cold they work very well. When I need them I just take them out of the freezer and they are still pliable and comfortable. Better used with a towel or shirt to avoid a burning sensation on your skin from the cold. Overall, very pleased.

I've been using Caldera Gel Packs for years and have always been happy with how long they stay cold, but flexible. This last one I received though seems to be a little different... it doesn't seem to have as much gel and doesn't freeze the same as in the past. This one only gets slushy and does not stay cold for as long as usual. My freezer hasn't changed and my older Caldera Gel pack still gets cold enough and maintains the temperature as usual. Caldera Gel packs are still one of the better ones available, they used to be better so maybe they've altered the formula.

I have only had these 2 gel packs for two weeks. I have itchy skin and these light weight gel packs are perfect and not heavy when on my skin.. I rotate them so I don't use the same one each time I need one. I hope these gel packs hold up as well as my old ones.
