Good product!
As great as the first carry potty I got a year ago for my then 2 yr daughter. We travel a bit so we get great use out of this, be it in the car, ( on long drives) on a cruise ship , or in airport bathrooms (stuck in transit), visiting family. For best use and care we use potty bags, and if needed, the vacuum seal keeps the smell contained until removal. My only con was my first carry potty broke at the hinges, as they have a cheap plastic construction there as oppose to durable metal. Despite this I was able to tote around the bottom potty half and use it satisfactorily with the bags. Good product, prompy delivery.

Great idea, poor execution
This little portable potty is a great idea. When you begin potty training, riding in the car becomes a dicey proposition--no diapers to catch the occasional accident. We thought this was the answer. However, my three-year old was unable to use it more than once or twice because it is so short. I know it should be compact, but perhaps some legs that fold could be added to make it higher and easier to use.

Great portible potty!
This potty is a must for potty training toddlers. The size is a perfect fit for a toddlers bottom (my daughter is 2 years old). Its easy to hold/carry, fit in the bottom of a stroller, or fit into a larger bag (ie: reusable envirosax bag or canvas bag). Its extremely well-made and durable and looks like it will last for more than a few years. I almost always use it in public bathrooms (so she won't have to sit on gross public seats) and I immediately dispose of the urine/poo in the toilet. However, if I am unable to dispose of it, it closes air tight and has not once leaked on me. I also like that it is simple without any additional bags or parts to carry. I highly recommend this portable potty.

Too small and hard to open
My 2-year old boy who tends to be in the 30-50 percentile has a hard time "fitting everything in" in this potty. It's also really hard to open, and sometimes he does the funny dance holding it while I struggle to open his potty. I relegated it to his dad's car to be used as an emergency, and got a Potette, which I like a lot more.

Happy Camper!
So far, so good! Love the concept (of course, thought of and designed by a mom!) 3 year old son needed it during a park visit with nothing else around. Had no problem squatting to take his potty break. Low to the ground, but no issues. I closed it up, thinking...this is gonna leak, but to our satisfaction it did not! Moved it around and everything with no leaking. Yes, you have to be careful when opening it up, but hopefully you'll be at home over a toilet. So much better than messing with the plastic bag types...and so much better for environment too (plus the item itself claims to be nearly 100% recyclable!)

My granddaughter (19 months) carries this everywhere!
This is the best product for toilet traing that I have ever seen. Especially good for travel or the playground. Her parents rave about it's utility. It is compact, light weight and doesn't leak or smell until you get to a proper bathroom.

Every toddler that used this said "Owie" but I didn't know why until....
After purchasing one on the go potty to encourage my daughter's potty training, I bought this one. After reading the reviews and being attracted to the benefit of it being so user friendly for toddlers, I bought it. The reviews are correct, the seal is air tight. I'm not sure that I mind that fact, especially if you leave "their business" inside until you can find somewhere to empty it. For me, I was able to empty it right away so the air tight seal was a nuisance, not to mention the fact that while potty training my daughter, she can only hold it for so long while I pry the thing apart so she can sit and use the potty....Then, the discouraging part: the first words out of her mouth were "Owie, mommy". Well, I'm pretty sure not any two toddler booties are the same size, so assumed that my petite sized daughter just wasn't comfortable on it. So, I reluctantly gave the potty to her daycare, where many other children her age are actively potty training as well.I went to daycare to pick up my daughter, and found out that every child that was put on the potty complained that it hurt their bottom to sit on it. I took a closer look at it and realized that I wouldn't sit on it either! No way! It's super hard plastic. Yes, I agree with other reviewers that it's easy for them to carry around, but what toddler doesn't feel like a "big girl" or a "big boy" when they can carry something all by themselves. However when it comes time to actually use it for the purpose you buy it for, this product is an epic fail in my house. Now, I have two potties that I cannot use.The best remedy I find is to buy a plastic cover (much cheaper!) to put over public toilets. If you potty training and need to go out, I just put in a pair of pull ups OVER the training pants. You avoid a stinky gross mess if an accident happens, but they still feels and understand what it feels like to have the accident and therefore are less likely to cling to the comfort of using diapers or pull ups. Besides, who wants to sit in their own mess! My daughter has come a very long way, but this product has had nothing to do with it. Perhaps someone on EBay would love the product, or I'll consider selling it at a local yard sale. With this product, this is what it comes down to: If my daughter isn't comfortable using it, she won't. Meaning: I waste my money. Especially when a room full of potty training toddlers also refuse to use it.
