This is an interesting product. Used it for a little while but found that it can get in the way and cause you to throttle when you don't intend to throttle depending on how you set it. It can also be a pain to get on or off the grips. There are two sizes. The regular size will not fit a lot of aftermarket grips, some of the really beefy grips from Kuryakyn, and the large size Crampbuster barely fit onto the aftermarket Kuryakyn grips on my cycle. For a very long trip this product could be of help in my opinion, but I would not leave it on the bike for everyday use or lots of stop and go traffic. It does what it says it will do, which is give your hand some rest for really long periods cruising at or near full throttle. For this activity alone, I would give it five stars, however because it can be a chore to get it on and off and is not suitable for stop and go, I only give it four stars.

V-Strom with Grip Puppies = Works perfectly!
I added Grip Puppies to my V-Strom for the same reason many others do, which was because the stock handle bars feel too small. If you too have larger grips due to heating elements or Grip Puppies get this one! It went on in seconds, easy to adjust, yet tight enough where it doesn't budge at all. I've only got about 100 miles of experience with them yet during my rush hour commutes but am already starting to get used to it.Why did I get the cramp buster in the first place?1. Safety. With the CrampBuster installed I can naturally keep 2-3 fingers hovering over my front brake lever. Since I commute year-around in rush hour traffic on my bike I take every advantage I can get!2. Hand cramps on longer rides. On rides longer than 3-4 hours my hand would start killing me. Since the CrampBuster takes the "twisting of the handle bar" out of the equation I should be able to ride much longer without worrying about my hand cramping up.

Works great
Fit perfectly (make sure you get the right size for your grip) and even has a rubber ring in case yours slides a little without it. Once I got it on and took it out on the highway I was very happy with the purchase. Tip: Mount it as far on the outside of the throttle as possible, that way it won't get in the way. Then, once you're crusing along, slide your hand out a bit and let the heel of your hand rest on it. Makes operating the throttle much easier, no cramps at all after hours of riding.

works as described
this thing is huge .. it's very long and extends up your wrist a little if you have very much pull back in your bars the angle will make it almost impossible to get your wrist out of their way when you're trying to stop ... that being said it does make it very easy to maintain a speed without having to squeeze the grip very hard, so you can let your hand relax for a while ... im happy with the purchase and would buy from the seller again

Works great to help relieve hand fatigue
Works great to help relieve hand fatigue. The grips on my bike don't match the natural curl of my fingers, this makes it so I don't have to hold on tightly at an unnatural position.

Great for Easy Riding
These things are simply great. If you ride your motorcycle on any sort of long trips, you should have one of these. It allows you to open and relax your throttle hand and keep the throttle opened with just the weight of the heel of your hand. I highly recommend this product.
