Excellent product for "exercise snacks", excellent price!
Cons:> It looks basic, so it doesn't look fancy and is not selfie-worthy for your social media.> Agree with some negative reviews that it could hurt your crybaby feet if you didn't wear shoes, and could potentially hurt your ass, if you sit on it naked.> It can be dangerous if you fall off it, just as it could be dangerous if you fall on a deceptively flat floor.> It could be a little bigger for some bigger folks, but at that point, you need more help than this do hickey.Pros:> It is a solid product, but I would image the plastic can wear off over time if you have sandpaper for flooring.> It works out my core and has inadvertently improved my balance(or at least it feels like it).> It is very affordable for $20.> It is fairly easy to transport, light and about a foot and a quarter across.> It works great on carpeted floors(logic says it may be slippery on smooth/ glossy ceramic or vinyl tile (but what isn't?!).> Could still use it for your "basic bitch exercise snack selfie".

Sturdy and Effective - Excellent Balance Board for the Price!
I recently purchased the Amazon Basics Wood Wobble Exercise Balance Board, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality and effectiveness of this product. As someone who is always looking to enhance my core strength and balance, this balance board has become a staple in my daily fitness routine.First off, the construction is top-notch. The board is made from high-quality wood, ensuring durability and stability. It supports my weight perfectly without any signs of strain or bending, which gives me the confidence to perform a variety of exercises. The surface of the board is also textured to provide a non-slip grip, which is crucial for safety during workouts. The wobble design is excellently calibrated. It provides just enough instability to challenge my balance without being overly difficult, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced users. I've noticed significant improvements in my balance and core muscles since I started using this board.Additionally, the simplicity of this balance board is a big plus. There's no need for assembly or maintenance, and it's light enough to move around or store away easily. Whether I'm using it for standing desk work or as part of my workout routine, it's incredibly versatile. For anyone looking for an effective and affordable way to improve their balance and core strength, I highly recommend the Amazon Basics Wood Wobble Exercise Balance Board. It offers great value for money and performs as well as, if not better than, more expensive brands. Five stars for sure!

It wobbles!
I've been a ski instructor for around 30 years and staying in ski shape in the off season has been a concern for a while. A whole bunch of skiers turn to biking in the spring, summer, and fall to keep up the cardio (Tyler Hamilton was a skier prior to becoming a world-famous cylist) but the ankle, leg movement, balance, and skier body positioning cannot be replicated on a bike. I use this trainer board to simulate tipping both feet, in the same direction, at the same time as I would when initiating a turn while skiing. This board is not very wide so it also helps me keep my feet close together (I've struggled with a too-wide ski stance for many years). When I stand on the board I have ski poles in both hands and also practice on body positioning. As any good ski coach would tell you, skiing starts with a solid, balanced stance as nothing in skiing works correctly if the skier is not balanced. It also helps to tighten the core as abdominal muscles have to be engaged in order to remain in balance. It's a good tool, inexpensive, and gets the job done.

Had to buy a second one to keep one for myself! lol
While I do own an original Endo-Board, I find it's a bit large for some applications.I saw these on Amazon and figured I'd give one a try for those compact areas I may stand a lot at, yet can use a balance board while I'm there..While this is easier to balance on than an Endo-Board... IMHO... I still find it helpful and satisfying to use.I'm a believer in continuing to play with balance as an adult... instead of leaving that all behind as just a "childhood" thing.I introduced my GF's mother to this board and even with her weak-ish ankles (she's in her 70's), she took to it and almost wouldn't let me have my original one back!.This lead me to buy the second one for her.I recommend these for everyone.Works your feet, ankles, legs, all the way up through your core.Even if it eventually feels too easy to stay balanced... you're still working those structures, helping to keep them all balanced and healthy..I like that they come in different colors... might have gotten the second one in something other than black, but black still looks good and both boards have held up really well!
