The story is based on the friendships of three friends and shows the weak and strong emotions of the human mind.At some places, the book lags and there's also a movie by name Kai Po Che when compared the book is better when compared with the movie version.On the backside of the book, you'll see that the author clearly mentioned that it's filled with religious, politics, calamities, unacceptable love and great mistakes.The book has 257 pages and consists of 21 chapters.Overall, the book is a nice piece of literature and one should read it instead of watching the movie.

The book follows the story of three friends who live in the city of Ahmedabad. Govind is an ambitious Gujarati who dreamed big and wants to make it a reality. His dreams egged him on to open a cricket shop with his two best friends, Ishaan and Omi as partners. What are the 3 mistakes of Govind's life and can he rectify them all in time?This is my worst read of 2020. It's a story about Cricket, Religion, and Business. In india all of them are interlinked if you think about it.The plot was bad, and writing ineffective. Emotional elements were very weak. So unoriginal and boring. I even failed to connect with the characters. If i was G. Patel, reading this book would be my fourth mistake. Thank god, it was a quick read. Otherwise finishing it would've been more painful. What's with the ending? Killed the guy with a ball! A ball?! That moment reminded me of John Wick. 😂 I won't recommend it to anyone. 😣

First book i read from chetan bhagat He is speaking about indians to indiansBut whatever it made me it just made me sleepy a little bit in middle but managed to complete with two sittings because it eagers me read thats the only thing author made good in this bookIt just seems to feel like seeing a cinema of average range but the cinema doesn't got sensoredThe book quality is superb really better service by amazon

Yes, this book has the power to amusement like a real story.As written on the backside of the book by the author this is really filled with religious,politics,calamities,unacceptable love and the great mistakes.Purely loved with this book and thank you @Chetan for this piece.

Three mistakes of my life by Chetan Bhagat:One good read:As this is a novel, its a one time read book. The story line is great and amazing. I like the way Chetan Bhagat creats the inner excitment in its reads that you just dont feel like stop reading. The story is bout three friends and the phases they go through in there lives. The only drawback about Chetan Bhagats novels is that the language is too simiple. There is nothing new to learn from his novels. Stories are grat but language is too simple and straight. I have almost read all his books and this one is best off all according to me. Thanks

this book is one of those ones which made me awake for hours in the nightthe book is quite interesting although if you have seen the movie it is no fun to read and if you read the book then the movie wont seem to be that interesting .secondly when you read this book you make your own charactersOverall a lovely piece of literature

When I ever started reading this book the only thing comes to mind is to become a writer, author or someone like that. The way he uses to describe feelings, scenes, moments and makes relations with other things is really........... Was unexpected for me. For me he is the best writer I've ever seen in my entire life. Hats off to your work sir.........

I found this interesting I liked the way that you could hear the writers prose and it was distinctively Indian. I actually felt that I learned a lot about India from this clearly the writer loves his country and cricket. I would recommend especially if you like books which immerse you in a different environment.

I loved reading this - the story was engrossing and the perspective interesting . I must admit the sections on cricket didn't work for me but I totally get the obsession with it . The ending was phenomenal .

an enjoyable book which was a bit slow followed by a completely out of character ending. It may or may not be a realistic happening but in terms of the narrative -where did that come from. ?

First book I've read by Bhagat, but very much enjoyed it. Easy to read, touches of humour with an insight into Indian life. Will be reading more by this author.

In a year of travelling and therefore a LOT of book reading, this was both mine and my husbands favourite book ...and we have no interest in cricket either!This is a bit "slumdog millionaire"
