great customer service!
Updated review: I got a surprise package today from HomeSmart. They sent me a cotton cover, and the founder wrote me a lengthy letter apologizing for the defect with the ties (the first cover I ordered had incorrect ties on the sides). He stated that the zipper on the side - which I didn't like - was on purpose, to make it easier to put on the weighted blanket. He said they originally had it on the bottom but changed it due to customer feedback. I assume it was feedback on the smaller sizes since the queen one is almost square so I can't see it making much difference. Regardless, he said they would look at it again. However, what I was most impressed by is that he said they were pulling the covers from Amazon until they can review them to pull out any with the incorrect ties, and I do see that they are currently not in stock.I was really impressed with the thoroughness of the letter I was sent. It was clear my review was read, and every issue was addressed. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 to reflect their customer service - in retrospect, I wish I'd contacted them directly first as I'm sure they would have responded! I felt like all of my concerns were taken seriously.I washed the cotton cover right after getting it and immediately put it on the weighted blanket. It has all the ties in the right place, zipper on bottom, and fits great. I don't remember seeing this available when I ordered my cover, but I actually like the cotton better anyway. I've included a picture so you can see how it looks. It would probably be easier to put on with 2 people but it wasn't hard to put on by myself.

Very warm, if you get hot sleeping do not buy! Very soft.

Tie downs don't match up
It is comfortable but the tie downs on the sides don't match up with the tie downs on the blanket so the blanket moves around a d balls up on the sides
