Great tracking: hard to turn off
for my old man vision, the off mechanism leaves a lot to be desired.Trying to use a small brad nail, to deactivate the knock, I successfully put a hole in my favorite hunting glove............not to mention my finger too..(the hog I stuck had the last laugh afterall)twice now, when I didn't have something to turn it off with, then and there, I found the knock burned out the next day.(out of sight out of mind)to expensive for use once and throw away.

Not overly impressed with installation process
These are only for crossbows under 350 fps, in fine print on the back, fine for my application as my CX SLS will be shooting Laser IVs, which should have speeds around 330 due to the weight. One nock lit up during application and I had to really force it off. With how they activate, that shouldn't happen, lit when heating up the glue/wax. Will shoot them this weekend, and more once it warms up and post back once I have a bit of experience to share. Not a fan of the installation. Again, one was defective in it was set in between on and off, so I don't know how that battery will last, if at all. Another installed off-center, despite seeming like it was in the same way as the others, removing, reheating and reinserting seemed to correct that, but there was less glue/wax in the second round, so I don't know how well it'll hold. Be sure to heat around the full glue/nock so there isn't any hard areas of glue to skew it off to a side. They use a wax or hot glue to set which lets them be "universal". Wouldn't worry too much with my old CB, but my new one packs a punch, so not sure how that will hold up. I'm also concerned as the glue didn't seem to be the same between nocks, and certainly each installation ended up a little different, so that has to put the weights off a few grains up or down between bolts.I'll follow up after shooting a bit, but I'm not overly impressed with my initial experience... If this doesn't work to my satisfaction, FireNocks are the next purchase. They cost a lot more, but they last for years, and you can change their batteries. There aren't a lot of options for Laser IVs as the ID is very small. I couldn't use Tracers, which I've used up until now (they're too big for these bolts) with good results, though they never lasted longer than a season due to battery life.

No fault of the seller. The lighted knocks do not light if shot more than twice. This is a manufacturing problem.

Very bright
These are very bright! I've shot these in the mid day sun at practice targets 50 yards away and I've still been able to see them.I was able to harvest a deer at dusk with one of these and there is no way I would have found my arrow without it. The crossbow has so much kinetic energy that it normally passes through deer and then buries deep under the grass / soil. With this nock I can see where I hit the animal and where the arrow is with no problem at all.

Everyone should use these products on there arrows. You have a clear view of exactly where your shot was placed. They will always be on every arrow that flies out of my bow.
