Well I will just get to the bad stuff even though I absolutely hate writing bad reviews even though I have a sucessful book reviewing blog. Just got to be honest and of course let other customers know what they are getting themselves into. This journal has a flimsy cover first off and that was a bummer. I also don't like that it has Chinese writing in the front section. I don't have anything wrong with anything Chinese. Heck, I'm majority Asian but I do not understand Chinese so I have no idea what it is saying but it was made for Americans and the pages have memo numbers and such written in English. It also was smaller than I thought. I guess I expected a 12$ journal to be a bigger size. I bought one at the same time that was much bigger for 5$. Now to what I like about it. I like the color but don't love it because it was a little darker pink than expected. I love the rainbow outter edges. I also love how it has "memo note", a space for the number, and you can circle the weather on each page. As much as I wanted to love this journal, it ended up being more like "meh, it's okay". Now this is just my personal preference. Many might love the things I disliked. Either way, I have to go with a 2 star rating for now.

I got this for my daughter who loves princesses, rainbows and lots of bling! I was hesitant with reading the reviews but the cover and look from the side were too cute to pass up. As mentioned on product description it has all been updated to English - no Chinese. This is absolutely perfect :)

Pages are so thin that my pen bleeds through it- there is all kinds of stuff in the beginning of it in Chinese, but even that could be cut out... it’s the quality of the entire notebook that I’m referring to. I have it in a drawer with other supplies that “I will eventually use”.

I love the cover and the colored edges. It was created for Chinese audiences with maps of subways and conversion rates all in Chinese in the first few pages, after that it is a regular journal.

This thing is positively beautiful, and it’s actually a pleasure to write in! It makes you want to write instead of be on your computer or phone. Makes a great gift to any of those of us who still hand-write things.

This was a Christmas gift. It's adorable. The little girl I gave it to was so excited to get it. She said it is so beautiful!
