I needed a support to hold my heavy bag. 125 lbs. I was skeptical but I trusted the weight limits and bought it. I have the support screwed into a beam in my garage. Very easy to install (literally less than 10 minutes). I have had it up for two weeks, minimum use so far, but holding up well. Got this to replace a wall bracket and so far it is what I had hoped. Of course, time and heavy use will tell all, but I am cautiously optimistic.

Works as desired. Easy to hang. No, really! I'm legally blind, physically disabled, have one arm in a cast and beyond inexperienced with power tools, so, if I can do it, I promise that anyone can. It's so easy to install that it doesn't even come with directions. The hardest part is that you're installing it overhead so it's awkward. I used it to hang an indoor rope climbing set up for my 8 year old and it was more than sturdy enough to hold both of us. I don't foresee any issues and expect the bracket to outlive our stay in our house. My apologies to the next folks because I have no idea what tools would be needed to remove it. Definitely not something in my standard set. Be prepared to know that "it lives here now" is something we've said. No complaints though. And no injuries so that's even better testimony. 10/10

Had to borrow power drill with different bit for screws. Very sturdy. Used for a chair hammock.

I really liked the versatility & quality, I purchased 2. 1) 70 lb Body bag/punching 2) Wood single person swing. Very pleased & confident with no safety concerns, I weigh 240 lbs & no problem.

Completely did the job. Easy installation. Refer to YouTube for this type of installation. And put a small 2×4 on my ceiling to studs period and then screwed this into the two by four . Works like a charm. Officially beating the crap out of my Everlast bag :-).

This is exactly what I needed to hang an 80lb punching bag from a ceiling beam. It’s very sturdy and appears to be top quality. The extra clip that came with it is better than the one that came with the bag, too. It can be a little noisy (clanking metal on metal) but that’s a given. Very pleased with this purchase.

Works well. Seems to support a 100lb heavy bag. Screws need to be predrilled and torqued down tight, of course. It doesn't look like there's any wobble that will back itself out over time, but i will update the review if things change.
