Great Compact Keyboard and Mouse
I have a second computer on my desk that runs my project management software, timekeeping and a few other things. I didn't want the hassle of a switch, waiting for it to toggle back and forth with my main computer, so needed a smaller keyboard that didn't take up so much space on the desk. This fits the bill perfectly. I don't use it all day so I can't comment on using it like that. As you can see from the photo the keypad is the same size as my main keyboard, just without the extra keys, so I imagine it would be fine. I have only needed to charge each of them once in the four months I have had it. I'm not using it all the time so this would influence that. Pros: - I plugged the USB dongle into my computer and it just worked, no further setup was required (Win10). - The keyboard and mouse have a solid feel and are responsive. - The keyboard has enough weight to keep it in place on the desk without being heavy. - The mouse has a storage compartment for the USB dongle if you are traveling. - You can use it while it's charging. - Clicking the mouse immediately wakes it up from the battery saving sleep mode. Cons: (Not deal breakers just things I would like to see. Note to manufacturer :) ) - No charge light on either the Keyboard or mouse so you can see when it needs charging and when they are fully charged. They just stop working so I plug them in and keep going. - Would like to see feet on the keyboard to increase the angle a little. Overall I love this combo and would recommend it.

Small, good build quality, good connectivity.
I just received it and am using it to type this review. Before this, I've been using the wireless logitech full sized keyboard, but decided to buy this because I needed more space on my desk. First Impressions: Good buy! The receiver for the keyboard and mouse plugs and just works. No hassle at all. I don't know if it will be the case for everyone else, but I didn't need to charge/plug it in straight from the box. We'll see how long it lasts. The keys aren't all that silent, but it doesn't bother me since I'm used to that anyway. They're good keys, if you're not used to something hellishly expensive. If you're expecting the keys to be as quiet as, say the ones on the Macbook Pro (2015)—that's not what you'll be getting. Another thing I noticed was that the Windows shortcut (alt+0151) for the em dash just doesn't work. Ctrl+alt+delete DOES work, I should mention while I'm on this topic. I'm not too sure what else does and doesn't work aside from that since I don't really use shortcuts. It's not a deal breaker for me, but I thought I should mention it. There's no lag or out of control keys. It types as fast as I do, stops when I do, and generally works great. The mouse...hmm. Well, I'll say it feels nice and is of good build quality for the price point. It doesn't feel all that plastic-y and too light like some other mice I've tried. I like the way it feels and I like how quiet it is and I like how easily the wheel in the middle scrolls. Though I did right-click things by accident a few times, that was because it was more sensitive than I was used to and I adjusted pretty quickly. That being said, I've put it away in favor of another mouse I already own. The shape is just too flat for my wrist to be comfortable. Since I am on the computer for long periods of time, that matters a lot to me. It is a nicely built mouse—just not for me. I do a lot of creative work, so I opened Photoshop to check the basic shortcuts. The shortcuts for brushes, pen, eraser, type, and all the other tools work fine. Resizing brushes via the bracket keys works! Ctrl+Z works fine. Ctrl+Shift+N works fine. Ctrl+F, which I've chained to flipping the canvas horizontally, also works fine. Ctrl+Shift+S also works great! Haven't checked for more than that, but I suspect it'll also work just fine. Don't know how it works with other programs/apps, but I'm pretty happy since this is all I need and all I checked for. What else? I like the size and look of the keyboard. It's even more compact than I expected, which is good, but also big enough that my fingers are NOT accidentally hitting the wrong keys. I also like the stainless back of the keyboard—makes it feel more solid and heavier than a pure plastic keyboard while also still being very light. I'm picky about how my stuff feels, so this was one of the deciding factors for me in getting this keyboard, along with the good connectivity/working reviews.

Sleek and solid; works well.

5 stars keyboard, 4 stars mouse.
The keyboard is great. Compact, sturdy, and light. No weirdness, no flex, no nonsense. The mouse, however, could be improved. Feels flimsier than I'd like and the ergonomics are kind of weird if you have smaller hands. It also goes to sleep way too fast, at least for my use case. Every time I go to grab it after typing for a while I have to wake it up. It's a single click, so not the end of the world. Both connect immediately trough the single dongle stored inside the mouse with no issues. So far battery life has been great. I would have liked a type C plug instead of micro B. I can't wait for the day that awful plug is dead for good.

I got this keyboard to use with my Microsoft Surface pro, as it is a comparable size in comparison to the tablet and I wanted a compact keyboard as a full size would be too large to go with it. I have the original surface keyboard attached to my tablet, so most of my impression with this is comparing it to that keyboard, but this is for use at my desk when I would like to multitask. Most importantly, the mouse and the keyboard share the same receiver which is great since I only have one USB port lol. The quality and build of both the mouse and the keyboard is surprisingly high quality! The keyboard is sleek and stays in place, and the metal build on the back gives it an upgraded feel. Needing to hold down the function keys to use the top row and some other functions on the arrow keys will take getting used to, especially if you're used to a keyboard that doesn't require that. Would have loved it if it had an Fn button lock so it could stay on like the Microsoft keyboard. I will say that the keyboard is definitely loud and sounds more like a gaming keyboard but hey I actually like it since it makes me feel more productive lol. Much louder than the Microsoft one. A bit more tactile in the response from the keys when you press them as well. Let's just say from afar it sounds like a very heavy built keyboard and would probably annoy another person working in the room, but if you work from home then click away! The mouse is great and responsive, and the added touch to change the speed based on your preference is great. It is very accurate on screen. Ergonomic build too, not like the atrocious logitech pebble that is like asking for carpal tunnel syndrome just by looking at it. The build, speed, and accuracy of the mouse are the most important things for me and this checks all those boxes. The absolute best part about this set is that it is rechargeable, and I don't have to keep getting batteries for it!!!! They also include a 2 year warranty so I feel secure in case it stops working. Doesn't seem like it will though, I use the set for up to 10 hours a day and it's going strong. I almost never write reviews, but I enjoy using this set so much and typing on the keyboard for fun even that I am using it right now to write a thorough review. Hats off to the designers, for the price point they certainly did an amazing job. I have already recommended it to a lot of people I know, and I will continue to use it for the foreseeable future. A great buy for sure!!

Its been more than 2 months now. I wanted to use it and give the review. I like the mouse very much from day one. Keyboard initially I felt hard when moving from laptop keyboard to this one. But then after using 2 months I used to this very much. I charged the first day for keyboard, still its running. Mouse one charge will lasted for 2 months for me. Overall I like the product.

I did not expect to like this keyboard and mouse as much as I do. I purchased it specifically for use as a living room tv keyboard, I didn't have high expectations, just wanted something simple and small that works. Well, this device combination has absolutely exceeded my expectations. It's thin, lightweight and sturdy (keyboard). The action and click of the keys is a perfect chiclet response. The mouse is as fine, nothing special. It's responsive and works as expected It's a mouse. The keyboard though....exceptional for a small form factor, exceptional really regardless of its size. If you are looking for a couch keyboard, this is it.

I purchased the Arteck 2.4G Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo from Amazon on October 25, 2023. The product initially met my needs, however, after several months of use, I began to experience major issues with the keyboard. Some keys completely stopped responding, while others began to continuously register as being pressed, which caused unwanted characters to appear on the screen severely impacting my daily productivity. Since the product is still within the 2-year warranty period, I submitted a warranty claim. Despite my efforts, I have not received any response from the company regarding my claim, which has been incredibly frustrating. While the design and initial performance were satisfactory, the lack of reliability and the company's failure to respond to my warranty claim have left me highly disappointed. At this point, I am still waiting for a resolution, whether that’s a replacement or repair, but I have received no support so far. Given the current lack of customer service and the ongoing issues with the product, I cannot recommend this combo. I hope the seller takes immediate action to resolve this situation, as I’m unable to use the keyboard and feel stuck with an unresponsive company. Update: Attempting to resolve the issue, I contacted Amazon customer service for assistance. Initially, the executive assured me that the return process was underway. However, after several follow-ups, I received no clear communication or updates. Instead, I was redirected to the seller, GlobalDelivered, who then instructed me to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims, completely washing their hands of the responsibility—despite me already providing proof of my unanswered warranty claim. In an effort to resolve the situation, I contacted Amazon customer service again. However, I was transferred across five different executives, each citing technical difficulties and offering no resolution. After retelling my issue five times without any progress, I became completely exhausted and frustrated. Upon reviewing other customer feedback, I noticed a concerning trend: other customers in India are facing similar issues, with no response on product malfunctions and warranty, while customers in the US and Canada seem to have had their warranty claims successfully processed. This inconsistency in customer service is baffling, and I’m unsure why this pattern is occurring. As of now, I am still left with a faulty product and no support from the seller, the manufacturer, or Amazon. I continue to wait for a resolution, but my frustration is growing. I strongly urge Amazon to address this issue promptly and provide a clear, timely solution to prevent other customers also from facing the same frustrating experience.

Its a very nice product. I enjoyed using it for the past 4 months. But after using it for less then 4 months the keyboard started giving problems. When I type E it types ER, similarly for S it types SD, C it types CV so I am unable to use it. Now in this lockdown I am held up. I have raised a request to Amazon for replacement or refund. I hope to get a replacement or refund. If I get replacement then I will change the rating from 2 stars to more after using the new keyboard for more then 5 months otherwise it remains the same. But if I don't get a replacement and get a full refund then I will not be able to change the ratings. But if I don't get either then Cart2India and Amazon will have to face severe consequecies for it as my product has 24 months guarantee/warranty for the product. I am sure this will not happen and Amazon will not disappoint me.
