This is the first hoverboard I bought for my son. The led lights at both sides make the hoverboard look pretty fancy. My son learned it very fast. Only within one hour, he grasped the skills to ride it easily and safely. Now he really enjoys the hoverboard not only inside the home but also outside the house. My son told me that this was the best gift for him and he loves it so much!

The first one we ordered arrived without a charger, so we had to return it and order another. The second one won't stay upright and "self-level" as claimed. However, it works well on a variety of surfaces. My daughter even rides it through the grass

This was the replacement to the first board that the battery failed within the first 10 minutes, return was fast and easy. This board has lost 2 screws and has several other loose ones. Not a hard fix and something I am capable of doing. Despite all that, my son loves it, the lights are fun, and so far seems very easy to learn on.

10 year old daughter loves it. It’s sturdy and hasn’t given us any issues had for a month now. She has to keep her 15 year old sister off of it. Mom and dad we get caught riding it too!

Really fun toy for our nine-year-old and the whole family tried it out, although it only lasted a few weeks before it started to fall apart. The black plastic casing broke really easily at screw joints with normal usage. I requested help from the company when it broke even further to the point that we can no longer use it a few months after purchasing, and they offered to sell us replacement Plastic casing parts for $55. I was not impressed with the quality of the product, nor the customer service or warranty. I’m not sure I want to pay so much for a few plastic replacement parts that may just break again with normal wear and tear by a 55 lb boy. Unfortunate, because when it was working it was a super fun toy!

Boyfriend brought it for me as a surprise gift during the Covid-19 pandemic. I love it. Great for walks and household. Wish music came with a downloadable/purchasable app function vs buying a new model
